As accessible to the US market as possible?

We are headquartered and incorporated in the US, with a full sales and support team in place. While we may not be listed on the U.S. stock market, I don’t believe that’s the primary issue here.

Yes, USA might be our largest target market and MAYBE we are being overlooked solely because we are not US listed, but that still doesn’t explain why we are failing to secure major deals in Europe and Asia.

Look at companies like DroneShield, Avon Technologies, and BAE Systems—they have all successfully landed contracts with the US government/Defence.

Rather than blaming which market we are listed, we should critically evaluate our product, the effectiveness of our sales team, and the capability of our management. The real focus should be on strengthening our fundamentals and getting them right.

Also, I sincerely hope management has thoroughly considered this move, prepared solutions for potential challenges (such as shareholders holding shares in Australian super accounts), assessed the potential impact, and provided a clear rationale and justification for the decision. They announced this as an "idea" out of the blue without confirming any details and failed to even specify when further information will be available...

Your mind is focused on what has worked in the Past.
Moving forward, US Companies are going to be favored in deals and contracts.
In some cases; this will be a matter of policy.

Apparently, it takes the whole of Europe, to come close to matching the US's economic strength.

We do need to secure major deals elsewhere, Europe, "Western" Asia, India etc and no doubt we are progressing there and the Time is ripe, for those engagements to start bearing fruit.

To disadvantage ourselves from the Largest Economy on the Planet though (which would be the case moving forward) just doesn't make sense to me..

It's like the stupid old rule in primary school, where you had to get your "pen licence" first, before you could use one (bet you liked that one 😉).

It's looking to me like, if there "are" deals hinging on redomiciliation, which are likely "only" military, that the Company is going to have to convince them, that they can get the redomiciliation over the line, if the deals are dropped first.

They "may" be stuck between a rock and a hard place.

I do not think military is going to be our "biggest" earner, but it's a very good start.

They set up a GitHub page in April last year for a project they going to / were / are working on but not released any public files as yet.

Apple has been working on enhancing on-device AI capabilities. Advanced functionalities for Siri, such as improved conversational abilities and deeper app integration, were initially expected to roll out sooner but are now projected for release in 2026.

Maybe they're waiting for AKIDA 2.00?

March 7 (Reuters) - Some artificial intelligence improvements to Apple's voice assistant Siri will be delayed until 2026, the company said on Friday.

In a statement, Apple said it has "been working on a more personalized Siri, giving it more awareness of your personal context, as well as the ability to take action for you within and across your apps. It's going to take us longer than we thought to deliver on these features and we anticipate rolling them out in the coming year."

Apple did not give a reason for the delays. The iPhone maker had previously indicated the features would come in 2025.

Apple exploring new mobile, wearable and robotic system concept prototypes using Transformers and Spiking Neural Networks.

I wonder who they'll get there SNN's from to build the prototypes?

I don't believe Apple has publicly disclosed the development of its own spiking neural network technology.

Because of that I would have thought that it's plausible that Apple may consider integrating existing SNN technologies from companies like BrainChip or Intel into their prototypes.

What makes you think Apple wouldn't at least consider an external collaboration with us for their neuromorphic computing needs?

Apple's patent filings indicate a strategic interest in leveraging SNNs and neuromorphic computing to enhance the performance and efficiency of their products as you can see from this response from ChatGPT.

TENNs or Akida 2+TeNNs in silicon, albeit in FPGA.

FPGA is an unoptimized version of the circuit constructed from a pre-assembled agglomeration of functional blocks. FPGA is usually a precursor for full ASIC production ... another step closer.

LLM suggests to me that there could be additional memory to store one or more RAG models (RAG - retrieval-augmented generation) to facilitate swapping models for different purposes?

This looks great to me but is it just me and my BRN bias? How big is this? Is it another BRN gamechanger?
On face value it looks like it could be game changing.
