Yes, we've had several years now without the 'explosive sales' we were promised and of being told next year will be our year. Enough excuses from the CEO. We need some honest answers about why the product is not selling and what the plan is to turn that around. If I hear excuses about 'headwinds' or read statements about 'aggressive execution' of the sales strategy in a letter from the CEO one more time I'm not going to be happy. What is the strategy to sell this product and why isn't it bearing fruit? Too many years have gone by now and it's time for hard answers to hard questions at the next AGM in my opinion unless the company can land a truly significant deal in the meantime. More transparency with shareholders about the partnerships would be appreciated too.I feel you Papacass. I've been holder for over 9 years, and I am finding it enormously difficult to maintain positivity.
I want to believe in the technology, but how long does it take to get a "significant" deal over the line, not the small deals that we've seen recently. We've been promised so much over the years, but it has just never eventuated. Year after year, and podcast after podcast we are told this is the year, deals around the corner, hockey stick growth, explosive sales etc. I've actually spend some time going through past AGMs, podcasts and news etc, and Brainchip have simply not delivered on what they've said.
I've held my investment because I trusted the company and I've believed what they've told me (shareholders). I'm seriously beginning to wonder if any of it is true... My faith and confidence in management is almost zero!
And now to suggest a US listing, when they have not displayed any "real" success in Australia. To have four or five asx announcements in a day and just slip this one in, I can't help but think that management do not care one iota about Australian shareholders or the share price. Management have a lot of work to do, before they'll be able to convince shareholders to vote for this.
My other issue, is our list of partners. What does all of this mean? We have Mercedes, ARM, Intel etc etc. But no-one really knows what "partner" means. Does it mean we are working towards an IP licence or deal, or is it simply a single employee in a dark room playing with an Akida chip? Or it is someone like Mercedes who have used Akida in their EQXX model, but now it's radio since (so we don't know if EQXX was the end or beginning of our relationship with Mercedes). Will any of these partners actually lead to significant revenue/IP licence? It's like a black hole....I've emailed TD and ask him directly what "partnerships means" but just got back an email full of gibberish, goes around in circles and each sentence contracts the one before.
Im really hoping for some positive news before the AGM, but I've said this every year for years, so not holding my breath.
And for those that say oh well sell, selling is not the answer. The answer is management actually doing their jobs!
Tech, you’re not being negatived youre expressing the frustration that comes with a long journey that hasn’t delivered the stable revenue and commitment you (and many others) expected by now.Currently our Patents hold our true value, and it's much more than 410 Million AUD or more to the point 258.3 Million USD
Please, can we ALL be honest, I'm 10 years in, like many other long termers, it has not been an easy journey, yet I, like many I'd
suggest are to a point, emotionally rusted on, we believe in Peters et al technology, we question the resistance to 100% commitment
by major companies, who sing our praises, I fully understand why we turned on a dime when Sean sold his 5 year business plan to the
Board, we simply couldn't afford to go the chip route on our own, some seem to have conveniently forgotten about the near on 21
million AUD that was wasted on the "Studio" path, it was not good, I can't share what I know about Studio, but it wasn't as good as
many first thought.
Akida 1000 was born, and it was brilliant, it's so good it's being referenced as I speak, yes we now have AKD 1500, yes we now have
AKD II, but the communication from within the company to shareholders has been what I'd term mildly misleading, has it been taped
out, is it being taped out, has another entity taken charge of the fab process etc etc.
Then we have TENN's....yes it appears to be brilliant, space state models, yes we are engaged with very big market players, BUT many of
us are really frustrated, we have such a great technology, we have such a great team, all have the integrity that makes me want to stay
invested, but the allegedly 100 plus NDA's, I simply don't believe that anymore, I'm sorry, I just don't buy those comments any longer.
I trust Peter and Anil 100%......but as mentioned before, by mid 2026, which is so generous, that's 11.5 years of waiting for stable revenue,
I will be done....we need solid results, not solid lines joining dots !
I'm not normally this negative, but the suppression or manipulation of our share price seems to be getting the better of me lately.
I apologize for the moaning..............Tech![]()
Or they have another solution and may not need akidaSo practically it means, that future Apple devices will not provide possibilities to connect with the internet or they will use akida![]()

"So we are like the swimming swan, moving along above the waterline without much apparent effort being exerted, while pedalling like mad under water."Hi Tech,
To some extent, BRN is the victim of its own success as far as keeping pace with, or rather leading the rapid development of the technology.
Despite Sean's somewhat dismissive remark that Akida 1 was too narrow, we have seen several great implementations, but this is an indication that some customers wanted more ... 8-bit activaions, long skip, ...
But we also know that the advent of Akida 2 stymied at least one Akida 1 deal which had no doubt been years in the making.
TENNs is great tech (small "t" tech), allowing object tracking or NLP in silicon, relieving the CPU of the task of applying temporal algorithms to the classified (identified) output from Akida. We know it is being looked at for microDoppler radar, possibly for drone defence). We also know that TENNs can be run as an algorithm on a CPU, which means it can be commercilaized as an algorithm before the Akida 2 chip is produced. TENNs was seemingly magicked out of thin air, although Applied Brain Research had been working along similar lines.
I also keep harping on about the M2 QV CyberNeuro-RT cybersecurity PCB, a rabbit we pulled out of a DoE SBIR hat.
So we are like the swimming swan, moving along above the waterline without much apparent effort being exerted, while pedalling like mad under water.
So now I'm hoping that the board ha$ $omething up its $leeve to ju$tify the rehou$ing project.
Unfortunately there are a lot of devices working on the edge without internet. But The quest is, if Apple would decide to choose an outdated method or do they want to be the leader with a new technology who justifies the price of the product? Do you want a product everyone is talking absolut it’s performance or do you want to end up like “Humane Ai Pin” by the way, I think if they had choose brainchip, they would be now bestseller ! They fail because of lack of performance!Or they have another solution and may not need akida![]()
As accessible to the US market as possible?I'm not sure I can get what I'm saying across any clearer, without just repeating the points I've already made..

I understand we need more IP deals.
You need to understand, that we need to be as accessible to the US market as possible.
The World is changing and we need to be in the strongest part.
BrainChip, isn't anywhere near big enough yet, to march to the beat of its own drum.
"Yes, USA might be our largest target market and MAYBE we are being overlooked solely because we are not US listed, but that still doesn’t explain why we are failing to secure major deals in Europe and Asia.As accessible to the US market as possible?
We are headquartered and incorporated in the US, with a full sales and support team in place. While we may not be listed on the U.S. stock market, I don’t believe that’s the primary issue here.
Yes, USA might be our largest target market and MAYBE we are being overlooked solely because we are not US listed, but that still doesn’t explain why we are failing to secure major deals in Europe and Asia.
Look at companies like DroneShield, Avon Technologies, and BAE Systems—they have all successfully landed contracts with the US government/Defence.
Rather than blaming which market we are listed, we should critically evaluate our product, the effectiveness of our sales team, and the capability of our management. The real focus should be on strengthening our fundamentals and getting them right.
Also, I sincerely hope management has thoroughly considered this move, prepared solutions for potential challenges (such as shareholders holding shares in Australian super accounts), assessed the potential impact, and provided a clear rationale and justification for the decision. They announced this as an "idea" out of the blue without confirming any details and failed to even specify when further information will be available...

Wow thats amazing. Apple wanting someone comfortable with spiking neural networks. Not many companies specialising in that so youd have to assume Apple engineers are aware of brainchipInteresting job advert from Apple
