LDA are our finance partners. We still need to make another call to satisfy our obligation before the end of the year. That's why so many shorts are hanging around, a near guaranteed supply of new shares from the company itself as there is no revenue to pay the bills.

Sean Hehir said half year results are clearly not acceptable.

Major solvency issue on the horizon ??


Loss for 6 month period to 30/6/2023 is $17.147 million (compared to a loss of $8.255 million in 2022)

Cash and cash equivalents is $21.8 million.


Licence revenue of $4.05 million in 2022 was not repeated in the last half year period.

Cash received from LDA Capital of $9.168 million during this half year.


Based on all of the above my concern is how future short term operations can continue without a Capital injection.

This capital injection could be in the form of

• Capital raising (at discount to current share price)
• Additional funds from LDA Capital.
• Revenue from Licences and Royalties.

Note the first two possibilities could result in significant share dilution due to the issue of new shares.


Can Commersialisation occur quickly enough to avoid a significant solvency crisis?

Not sure what this Telsa stuff is about. 12 months ago Samsung got a $3-4B contract to supply "traditional" cameras to Telsa. Not an event driven device in sight so very unlikely we're involved there.. And in another twist, Tesla changed their chip foundry for the new FSD chips to TSMC from Samsung. That initially got me interested due to our historic relationship with TSMC and my own conjecture that Akida1500 was developed to "fit in" to a specific configuration with a separate CPU - maybe the new Tesla FSD chip. However, the new FSD chips are being fabbed by TSMC at 4nm. If Telsa was the target end user, why did we fab Akida1500 in 22nm??

But as far as the cameras, AKIDA doesn't "need" event based ones, it's just a better combination.

Is anyone concerned about the Superannuation changes that might get passed come 1 July 2025 in respect to the Unrealised Capital Gains tax? I know I am concerned. With the possibility of the share prices increasing over time (BRN) There is the potential for huge gains to be made. This tax really does take the sweetener of $$ made within Super.

Yep all stocks in the green today except BRN... another day in paradise. Also one of my friends who wrote to IR received a reply back from his letter not sure if should post here, will check if I can post the main parts...
