But you can be sure that the BrainChip patents will be under the microscope in China.Last year the President issued a decree banning the supply of advanced technology to China.
The document was discussed here and it is clear that the definition of artificial intelligence would cover AKIDA technology. So as that ban continues and has been strengthened by the USA having the EU ban the shipping of the technology needed to produce advanced chips to China it is in my opinion impossible for AKIDA to be used by Chinese companies for any purpose.
Being Science Fiction sealed AKIDA’s fate.
My opinion only DYOR

Apologies for yet again bringing this up, but I still can't get my head around who is Prophesee is partnering with to get their -blur free- camera ready for inclusion within Snapdragon at Qualcomm. Who ever it is has a multi year contract with Qualcomm. I know we can do this with one hand tied behind my back, but the general feeling here is no, not us.Can’t help myself.
Well anyone who has ever said “It’s all a blur to me.” would want one.
Sorry.![]()
Yes but they cleverly wrote them in English so the secret sauce will be lost in translation. By the time they try it out using Fish Sauce Peter van der Made and Anil Mankar with assistance from Carnegie Mellon will be sitting on top a cortical column. But you can be sure that the BrainChip patents will be under the microscope in China.
Agreed @Steve10, that's what caught my eye when first reading it. The very first "Target Application" listed is:
So, what products would require this application?
- Image processing (blur, background elimination, etc).
Can’t help myself.
Well anyone who has ever said “It’s all a blur to me.” would want one.
Sorry.![]()

Are you saying what I think you’re saying. Akida can cure a hangover![]()
It is really quite simple.Apologies for yet again bringing this up, but I still can't get my head around who is Prophesee is partnering with to get their -blur free- camera ready for inclusion within Snapdragon at Qualcomm. Who ever it is has a multi year contract with Qualcomm. I know we can do this with one hand tied behind my back, but the general feeling here is no, not us.
Please please put me out of my misery once and for all.

My Canon lenses has had anti blur for years until I dropped it which reminds me I need to get it fixed. So without any research I would say not necessarily. What about this?
Canon using what it describes as “cutting-edge technology," has created a new deep-learning image processing technology that aims to achieve 'true-to-life' photography, and focuses on three areas: noise reduction, color interpolation, and aberration diffraction correction (i.e lens blur correction).

POSITIVE.Good morning,
When I first started following companies that have mentioned Akida NSoC within their own Patents, as a "potential" processor the list was rather small, things have slowly been expanding to today we have been named (not suggesting anything at the moment) within these documents.
DIGIMARC CORP. 7 Patents
GIANT AI INC. 2 Patents
ACCENTURE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LTD. 2 Patents (only a few weeks ago)
BLUMIND INC. 1 Patent (Former staff member, Roger Levinson)
TECHNION R&D FOUNDATION LTD. 1 Patent
To say that Brainchip's technology is not that well known, is so yesterday, we are in fact growing from the inside out.
Love our company, say positive, the fruit is coming.

..or a unique horn, perchance?Yes but they cleverly wrote them in English so the secret sauce will be lost in translation. By the time the try it out using Fish Sauce Peter van der Made and Anil Mankar with assistance from Carnegie Mellon will be sitting on top a cortical column.![]()
Hi Dio, please see prior postBut you can be sure that the BrainChip patents will be under the microscope in China.
I believe that after Brainchip had bought and paid for the Spikenet patent for Jast learning and S of M coding ( our secret sauce),
Simon Thorpe released a documentary that clearly explained the process to anyone hoping to replicate.
My question is, How is it that Brainchip does not appear to have had Simon Thorpe bound to non disclosure of our IP?
Has Simon just given out the recipe for the secret sauce??Hi Dio, please see pior post
Will Mercedes mandate the use of Akida with Luminar?
