Sorry to say but......................many shares we buy are probably not "Locked away" from Shorting activity.

See the list below from ASX website on "Participants" in Lending stocks on the ASX.

I KNOW that 3 of my Brokerage accounts are used for "Lending/Shorting" the Brainchip shares they hold. Do I hate it? YES!!!

Maybe they're not locked away from being lent to the shorters..

But the important thing, is being locked away, from being sold back to the shorters, at discounted prices 😛

Ahh shorters, don't really like to see them coming, but I love to watch them burn 🔥🔥🔥 😉

100% correct that is why I have been referring to it as next generation AKIDA with LSTM.

I think what Sean said, is fairly conservative and along the lines, of what you said, if you consider..

Say, 60 new employees, at an average cost of 100k per annum, that's 6 million per year.
Add say another million, for associated costs.

That would suggest a quarterly of 1.75 million dollars, by the years end, which is well reasonable, as things start moving (also considering the balance of things like the MegaChips licence fee).
The unknown is the lag time between the start date of the new employees and new revenue streams. Hopefully it will be less than 6 months.

If one of the companies can nail a mass market application soon, the world is our oyster. Being 2-3 years in front of the competition is such a huge advantage. As Sean says, makes us the defecto technology.

I don't think there are too many companies who don't know about us or the technology. All the majors do. BRN's marketing and sales department have done a remarkable job over the last 6 months.

Bravo

If ARM was an arm, BRN would be its biceps💪!
Sorry, I was away the day we did Mandarin.

This sounds like a mechanical contraction system to withdraw the LiDaR hump from the bonnet before you run over the peasants.

Chinese national patents which are not filed elsewhere usually have low inventive content.

Mustn't worry about ogre's - it's his day off.

The weird thing is that Geely is connected to Cerence ARK who is connected to Mercedes EQXX who is connected to BrainChip.

And the knee-bone is connected to the thighbone...

RENESAS

When thinking about Renesas and AKIDA IP and what they licenced consider these facts.

If you are fixing a cupboard in your kitchen using screws you only go to Bunnings and buy screws if the ones you have are the wrong type or size. (Or you left your shed in such a mess you cannot find the bottle they are in.😂).

Renesas produce semiconductors.

The highest volume semiconductor they produce is the micro control unit or MCU.

Renesas produce and sell billions of MCU’s.

AKD1000 has 80 Nodes and is far too big and overpowered for use in an MCU. It would defeat the purpose and be unaffordable in the MCU market.

Now consider what Anil Mankar said at the 2021 Ai Field Day the beauty of AKIDA technology is you can decide how many nodes you need for your particular task.

If latency is not an issue you could take just one node and put it on your device and make it smart. In most applications two nodes will be sufficient at the edge.

Now some direct quotes from Anil Mankar:

“Well we can go micro-watt, a milli watt, in a keyword spotting example you saw…”

“The secret sauce is the neuromorphic architecture”

“Tiny ML has a definition…we actually beat that.”

“And we can size the network to what the sensor needs.”

“You can actually take a network and if you don’t have enough hardware then we do something called multi-path…it’s really application specific…there is no limit to the number of nodes you want to have…it will depend on the cost of the hardware and the latency required.”

“So one and a half nodes can do the keyword spotting…I can run the keyword on one node by just doing 2 passes…we can actually run larger networks in a 2 node configuration…by taking multiple passes on the hardware. It’s basically how much hardware you are willing to spend…it’s a trade off (with) latency…That’s the beauty of this IP solution…It can be in any process technology…most of the sensors are pretty old technology, they are analogue sensors, pressure, temperature, low cost things..”

Now come back to my trip to Bunnings. Renesas has its own neuromorphic computing technology but that technology cannot scale down and do what AKIDA technology does so they had to go to Brainchip to make a range of smart MCU’s.

Brainchip and Renesas are not competitors as Brainchip is filling a gap which Renesas cannot fill.

There is no reason to doubt the significance of this customer engagement and as has been said Renesas are bringing a suite of these revolutionary ultra low powered smart MCU’s to market and the market is one where billions of units are sold.

Brainchip got to this market first and have patents preventing Renesas entering so they had to buy what they needed from Brainchip.

My opinion only DYOR

AKIDA BALLISTA
Viola.. in a nut shell that is our relationship with Renesas, but they will eventually realise that they have to ditch their DRP AI when the competition in that space is using the superior Akida tech. Then they will have to get even more creative with their use cases.

Just shy of 2400

But about 20,000 people per month routinely read the forums.
I think that's a lot for the short time. Congratulations!

What a relief the asx is closed on Monday as the markets ain’t looking good at all. Now I’ve got an extra day to come up with some extra cash and if I get caught @Fact Finder will you work for nothing again.

Would be nice to be involved here.
"the Lightyear 0 unveiled this week promises up to 1,000+ km driving range between the battery range of 625km (WLTP) and up to 70km of additional daily solar range – in European summer conditions."
Personally all this vegan stuff with these cars lately is a bit puzzling for me. I prefer my cars with a bit of meat incorporated within.🙉
