I saw there was a news release from MagikEye on LinkedIn today. Iā€™ve translated it (I think) but it doesnā€™t appear to be that relevant other than MagikEye are still progressing their product and becomeing more involved in USA.

Notice of capital business alliance with MagikEye Inc, which has advanced technology for 3D sensing

Shikino High Tech Co., Ltd.

09 June 2022 11:00

Accelerating camera module development targeting the growing 3D sensing market

Shikino High Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shikino High Tech) holds advanced technology for 3D sensing

MagikEye Inc. Headquarters, U.S. Connecticut, hereinafter, acquires some shares of Magic Eye) and this technology

It was announced on June 7, 2022 that we signed a MOU on the joint development of utilised camera modules.

This partnership is for 3D sensing, particularly fast-growing 3D sensing in the sensing camera market where demand has increased in recent years.

When it comes to commercialising cameras, it will be the first step towards future collaboration between the two companies developing products and technologies.

We plan to conclude a joint development agreement for commercialisation after consultation between the two companies in the future.

MagikEye Inc. CEO, Mr. Touji Miyazawa, said:

ā€œWe have developed our own three-dimensional measurement algorithm: ILT (Invertible Light Technology) (registered trademark).

Simply add an ultra-small laser projector designed with this technology to your existing camera module.

It delivers high speeds of up to 600 fps and low latency responses as little as 2 metres.

You don't need to make major changes or resources to your CPU or SoC.

This time, by co-developing with Shikino High-Tech, who has high technology and proven track record in camera module manufacturing,

We are confident that we can market in the fastest 3-dimensional sensor products that are sought after in a variety of businesses.ā€

Shikino High-Tech aims to commercialise advanced, high-performance 3D cameras with Magic Eye technology

We provide 3D camera modules as a camera module vendor for the business promoted by Magic Eye.

Joint development of cameras suitable for "3D facial recognition to prevent spoofing" as Shikino Hightech's proprietary product

We will consider collaboration in the future.

I think we are over-thinking it. All share prices go up and down. We are in a consolidation phase with short term traders punting on a few cents. If you are holding for $5, $10 etc. why bother watching the price action minute by minute? It will not go to $5 or $10 today or tomorrow. With no sales or profits, what do you expect?

I have faith BRN will go up, I mean go up a lot, probably towards the end of this year or early next year when the royalties start to come in. There are enough hints made by management already.

Be patient. Our time will come.

Short term punters ??? how so?? Do they have the power to do 70 Mil Shorts in two tranches since 31 May ??? don't think so!

TOTAL shorts 98 Mil as of Tuesday 07 June 2022.

i did and was about to message the author - John Koetsier
I wonder if they can do keyword spotting at 1 milli-watt of power or scale up to hyperscale computing?

I wonder if they can do on chip convolution and SNN conversion with one shot learning and incremental learning on chip?

I wonder if they can be hardened for deep space missions on 90nm?

Then can they envisage a date by which they will catch up to the big brother of AKD1000 the AKIDA LSTM with predictive processing???

It would be unfair to ask if they can achieve artificial general intelligence within five years of 2025 given that they probably will not bother after AKIDA with cortical column processing is released in 2025. I am reminded of that song "Do what you do, do well etc;'"

I remember reading an article posted here a little while back which was listing all the start ups being venture funded to chase Ai at the Edge and the principle takeaway for me was that it concluded that many of these hopeful players would fail and become tax losses before IPO and that some after IPO and the venture vultures had sold out to retail at a profit would also disappear transferring the tax losses to the masses. So many of these contenders are pretenders and will fall by the wayside.

Bravo

If ARM was an arm, BRN would be its bicepsšŸ’Ŗ!
OMG! I'm a bit excited because I have stumbled on something which I don't think has been mentioned previously and I'm pretty sure involves us.

It's called the 5GMED project which was launched in September 2020 for a duration of 3 years and a budget of ā‚¬15 million. The 5GMed project team consist of 21 partners, one of whom is VALEO VISION FRANCE! And it inlcudes stuff about railways which I'm pretty sure Rob Telson mentioned some time ago.

šŸ„³šŸ¤©šŸ„°

What is 5GMed?
The EU-funded 5GMED project is addressing this goal along the Mediterranean core network corridor, specifically the cross-border connection between Barcelona, Spain and Perpignan, France. Scientists plan to test new technologies to deliver both cooperative connected and automated mobility (CCAM) and future railway mobile communication system (FRMCS) services. The CCAM demonstration will include remote and autonomous driving enabled by extensive sensor deployment along the roads for AI-powered traffic management. FRMCS services will include real-time analysis of high-speed trains via camera data as well as high-speed internet service to passengers. Both will integrate media services for passengers to ensure the seamless migration of functionality across borders.

Does it have Edge? Yes, it does!

What's in the 5GMED grant agreement?

The grant agreement which I have a link to below, discusses smart sensors, radars, Lidars, camera's, etc..

98 million must be the most ever

Yes Rocket the biggest yet by far. Our average is around 20-30 Mil at most so the 98 mil is 5% of SOI

One question would be "where" did they get the shares from ? Look to Top 20 probably.

Of course the promised top 20 lists with the 4C did not eventuate last time so ..........guessing at best now.

Another question would be "just how many RETAIL shareholders are there now? " . 20% or less?? of SOI.

just let you know there is a Gap at that level as well...;)
Dear Dolci, you announced a sale once, a few months ago if I recall right. I am sorry I did not follow that action, but I didn't. But that's history.
Now I would appreciate some sign of a re-entry by your astute self. Thanks.

Harking back to a couple of days ago and Woolworths 2025 target to be zero net carbon this article might be of interest. Faking it is not a new activity we humans have been doing it since the year dot:

"Even though more companies than ever are proclaiming that theyā€™re powered by renewable energy, those claims are usually exaggerated, new research shows. That disconnect between a companyā€™s claims and reality could jeopardize global efforts to stop climate change.

The problem stems from companiesā€™ reliance on Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) to back up their green claims. A company receives a REC by paying to support renewable energy projects around the world. When brands say that theyā€™re powering their business with 100 percent renewable energy, theyā€™re typically still using electricity generated by fossil fuels; theyā€™re just buying up renewable energy certificates to try to cancel out the environmental impact of their energy use.

That disconnect between a companyā€™s claims and reality could jeopardize global efforts to stop climate change ā€œToo many consumers, media, even investors might actually think that the company is physically using 100 percent renewables. And that is just not the case,ā€ says Anders BjĆørn, a postdoctoral fellow at Concordia University and the lead author of a study published today in the journal Nature Climate Change."

The real way to help address the global energy crisis and climate change is to implement technology that reduces the amount of electricity being used.

Technologies like AKIDA have to be adopted eventually. The screaming lie about what is currently being claimed will become known and governments will have to take real action.

This old Valeo news from 2015 is interesting when you put it together with the Rob Lincourt DELL Technologies podcast where he and Rob Telson discuss the use of Ai Edge computing to make the 5G network actually cope with the projected volumes of data that our connected world is projected to produce:

"Business news | December 20, 2015
French automotive supplier Valeo has announced the takeover of Peiker Acoustic GmbH, a company with significant expertise in the fields of on-board telematics and mobile connectivity solutions. With the move, Valeo intends to expand its activities in the automotive telematics markets.
By eeNews Europe

In the age of the connected car, telematics are a key technology for automotive electronics suppliers. Carmakers increasingly demand high-speed connectivity solutions that are at the same time hardened against cyber attacks. Mastering the technologies associated with telematics enables vendors to offer not only connecting the infotainment systems of the vehicles to the Internet but also offering innovative vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) and vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2X) solutions which expectedly will make use of 4G (LTE) and 5G mobile internet services.

Valeo and Peiker already maintained a technological cooperation signed in early 2015. ā€œPeikerā€™s portfolio of technologies, products and services is perfectly aligned with our vision of intuitive driving, and the role that it will play in the autonomous, connected and intuitive car of the future,ā€ said Valeo CEO Jacques Aschenbroich. The acquisition will also reinforce Valeoā€™s position in the German market, which is characterised, by a dominating position of suppliers Bosch and Continental.
The acquisition of privately-owned Peiker, which will post sales of around ā‚¬ 310 million in 2015, employs 1,000 people and has subsidiaries in the US, Mexico, France, and China, will be accretive in 2016 and will be submitted to the competition authorities concerned."

Most of us have heard the saying about what stock you would own if the market was to shut down for 10 years.

Well at the moment Iā€™d love the market to shut down for about 12 months. What is currently happening is complete and utter madness.

The world hasnā€™t yet realised what it has in Akida, we just need some time for products containing Akida IP to get out there and then the so-called ā€œexpertsā€ will come out of the wood-work And WANCAs will be no more as everyone will finally know what a neuromorphic computer is.

In fact, the market doesnā€™t have to close, but we can do ourselves a service by merely ignoring it.

I understand that we all have our own circumstances. I for one need to sell something to fund a new house getting built. If it wasnā€™t for that, my noise filter would be turned up to the max!

Slymeat,....you say, "The world hasn't yet realised what it has in Akida.....so called experts,....."
Who do you mean by "world"? Not the semiconductor tech industry, right, because CEO Sean Hehir said at AGM, "I can assure you the semiconductor world is very aware of Brainchip after last week." So, who do you mean?

Do you mean institutional investors, and professional money management companies? Well then I agree and perhaps you will join me in screaming what is Integrous doing to promote our value? I recently suggested Australian golfer Cameron Smith wear Brainchip on his shirt that millions of people who watch golf will see every time the camera is on him. I know, a bit wacky perhaps, but it's an idea. What has Integrous done recently ? Anything ? I question if Brainchip even has them under contract anymore. dippY

Not that anyone has suggested but they have made two price sensitive announcements which the ASX caused them to supply further details of and enter a trading halt for that purpose.

The engagements are very similar to Brainchipā€™s engagement with ARM though I would suggest there is more meat on the BRN/ARM engagement so I personally hoping the ASX gives some better guidance as to what can be announced.

.........................................................................

ROC still trading for second day now FF after the two "amended" announcements. ASX seems ok with how these amendments were worded and info was given.
So question is ...............BRN should be able to do the same "amended style" of Announcement for ARM etc regarding partnerships.
This should pass ASX Compliance also.
That would be about 8+ (?) announcements (ASX) no?? Would help shareholders greatly right now. And correct to a small degree the imbalance in the current stock price & value of Brainchip shares!

After all an excessively under valued share price is misrepresenting the true value of shareholders asset base and not a fair representation of the company and stock
.
Of course the above mentioned is only so a fair and honest value and price can be obtained in a correctly informed market place such as the ASX stock exchange. The same could be said for those "other" market places also namely USA & Germany.

Hmmm.....waiting & watching
