Quite happy for Zeeb0t, the legend, to PM me and discuss any issues he has. I've been here since the beginning and believe I have a good relationship with him and others here.

I apologize to all who have to read this but:

What is your fucking problem mate? I simply make a comment that a falling share price isn't all bad because it gives some of us an opportunity to top up with more shares and you're all over me with personal insults and bullshit. Plenty of other posters here have said similar things and it's a normal part of accumulating a position. Also I do genuinely wonder why people are selling because I and others see so much potential here - innocent question but you take offence to that - not normal m8.

Reflect on this - we all left HC to avoid the exact type of bullying behaviour that you are instigating. I actually wonder what your motives are YAK because you are the only one so far to behave in this manner on this forum - congratulations mate, puts you in a category all of your own.

Pull your arrogant redneck head in.

Again, apologies to other members for whom I have the utmost respect.

Does it not simply mean broker to broker transfer. Why is it in tiny lots. Definitely trying to push the price down.

Yes great interview. I took Seans' comment about royalties as being $1 spent on licence, then expect about $5 in royalties in recurring income. ie $1m then an extra $5m in total for that product. Is that how others interpreted that?
Yes but I think you have to read it in the context of the customers of MegaChips not MegaChips. So if MegaChips sells to 10 customers Brainchip receives $10.00 in licence fees and $50.00 in royalties. This is a per individual customer rule of thumb for the end customer in the channel.

New interview with Sean and Mark Kennis

Nice video, interesting point is that Sean’s mentions our ability to compete with the big guns on raw compute power if your not worried about energy efficiency. Most likely this is what he meant by “beyond the edge” Could lead to the likes of cloud server applications where clients access via the cloud to use AI applications for what ever reason.

Hey Mate I feel like your getting pretty angry today….. So 😉 View attachment 7678

Sorry dude! Just go back to whatever it was you were doing ok!

What i do is my business and here I take a stand against MANIPULATORS of the companies stock and share price! My background gives me special insight.. ..............see.

ANGRY?.............damn right I am that this type of manipulation can continue on the ASX with THEIR blessing!
the "smoke & mirrors" put up by the ASX, ASIC and Instos around this trying to fool mums n dads (Retail) that its all for their own good ,bullshit !!! CORRUPTION thats what it is.
As FF says, (oh they would not do this would they?? wink wink. )lol
Damn right they do, all day every day.

Many Many mums n dads go home tonight after working HARD all day to find their positions "triggered" and are now out.
IF lucky the SP will be below what they were kicked out, many not so lucky!
Many others only check their accounts once per wk so do not even know they are out!

ALL in the name of PROFITS and Corporate GREED.

So yes I suppose I am "pissed "off AND CARE about others here! What about you pal??? Do YOU care??

What idiot wouldn't want PVDM to remain a director of the company.
I was at the AGM (from Adelaide) and was also gob-smacked, embarrassed, and mystified at the proportion of votes against him. However, on reflection, I think the number might have been just a few big shareholders who wanted to allow PVDM to concentrate on what he does best, after his triple workload while he came up with Sean Hehir and Antonio Viana. I know that I was concerned for Peter's distraction at that time, and it took him months.
Could even be that Peter himself contacted a few big holders and asked them to vote him out so he could "get a life"?

As it is, my impression of Sean and Antonio is that both are tremendously capable in their areas and were pretty much equally able to provide the same complementary answers to the Q and A's. and will make a great team. Peter needn't be bothered in the day-to-day running of the company from now on.

Antonio's speech had everyone very positive and I loved Sean's "eco-system" image on the screen which shows his clear focus on sales and customers and how he will be operating in his field. Peter actually cracked an approving smile when Sean got up to make his presentation. That's the kind of thing you would only get if you attended the AGM in person. Is Sean Peter's golden-haired find, if that's not too subtle?

OMG, I’m going nuts trying to figure out what happened based on ‘crumbs’. Conspiracy theories abound! Are we talking about someone in the company as the ‘perpetrator’, or someone in the broader finance sector. Jeez, I hope it’s not the former…

Hi @Kozikan

Motion 1 on the agenda at the AGM is invariably the Adoption of the Remuneration Report.

At last years AGM the vote in favour which passed the motion was 63.88%.

If a company has two consecutive AGM's where the motion to Adopt the Remuneration Report is less than 75% then under the ASX Rules the Board has to be spilled and new nominations for every Directors position have to be called for and a further meeting has to be held to vote on the Board.

This is why motion 12 Conditional Board Spill was on the voting paper/agenda but because more than 75% in fact 88.12% of the votes were caste in favour of approving the Adoption of the Remuneration Report it lapsed.

If you however look at the numbers if the missing about 100 million votes from Peter van der Made's ballot were voted against the Adoption of the Remuneration Report then it would have fallen below 75% in two consecutive years and the spill of the board would have been required. Can you imagine what panic that would have caused.

The fact that the only place these votes were directed was at Peter van der Made makes clear that the idea was a bit like kicking someone in the shins malicious sure but it was not aimed at taking them out of the game and not affecting the performance of the whole team.

There is no need to join this vote to anything else that is occurring.

By the way….

A little birdie also told me last night that they think that Antonio Viana has despite looking after multi billion dollar IP licenses at ARM, that he would have probably licensed more IP contracts in his career than anybody else in the world!!!

World class team we have!

All resolutions passed (except the last spill meeting one)

There seemed to be great support for new CEO and Chair - receiving 96-97% in favour of their election. Less than 1% against actually.

PVD, as mentioned above, was a shock with only 66% support for his re-election, and 30% against. That was a shock. Maybe Peter voted against himself.🤫🤣

There seemed to be a little back-lash regarding awarding shares to execs and directors. 25% to 35% votes against those resolutions. With a question being asked as to the lack of credibility due to those same people not ponying up their own money for shares.

Apparently remuneration is being changed, for everyone, to include more share-based remuneration, tied to performance. Although this is typically great to see, it may not be that big an incentive as the company will probably achieve massive gains regardless. But I still do like staff and directors holding shares in the company.

Another statement was posed regarding a thought that people should get rewarded AFTER achieving goals, and more should be distributed to those at the coal face. I think this may have been targeting the multi-million share allotments to execs.
I understood that ALL get bonuses as a percentage of their pay (from what Sean Hehir told me after the meeting.) That sounds like a simple plan with incentive.

Great video and answered my questions about royalties.

The only question I have is, has anyone asked if they have spoken to Apple? 🤣.

I wonder when their new IP will appear the the Apple SoC 🤔
