Why did someone put a $1,000 table to auction and accept $90.00.

Simple they had not done their research.

Cassowarie.... fantastic(y)
Sorry but sometimes they are a pain in the arse! Come to school with chicks stopping students walking around. (not allowed near)
Come in your yard and once even in my house! THEY ARE DANGEROUS!
Had one nearly attack my Grand Cheerokee seeing its reflection in windows and mirrors. (close one!)
One lady nearby had her BMW trashed by a Cassie as it saw its reflection in the mirrors, went one side then the other! Imagine reporting that to Insurance. Doors dented , mirrors gone.

And can they KICK! Like a Roo , just up and BOTH FEET. attacked my neighbours glass door that way.

Nice to see over the road.......but closer and start watchin out what their up to.

Could it be shorts covering,or instos using it to signal their intentions or whatever.I have no idea.It is what it is i guess!

I suppose it is not unreasonable to say that some accord me credibility.

I cannot say what, how or why I know but all of the theory even my original thoughts at the AGM when I was told what the voting numbers against Peter were, we’re wide of the mark.

No one has come anywhere near what this vote was about but it was a one off.

Not nice but it has all been resolved.

The Board is 100% behind Peter van der Made full stop.

There is no takeover game in play relating to this vote.

If the votes were designed to kick BRN off its perch look to the votes caste on all the other motions.

The party or parties behind those votes could have voted to cause a spill of the entire Board as they were on a second strike.

They did not.

They could have caused concerns about the companies leader and new Board members they did not.

I cannot say anymore.

That’s why I am not selling a single share until I think my 5 year plan has come good, the plan might end up being 10 year plan

By any chance that PVDM is reading this post of mine:
I'm far away in Germany, but I know this for sure:
This voting result never reflects the opinion that we "small investors" have of you. You are and will remain irreplaceable!

I have nothing more to say and just keep wondering...
1000% agree. We all owe this man for his revolutionary invention and being genius. Cannot say more!!

Now our CEO has his restricted shares there is more skin in the game and had the share price skyrocketed before the AGM he would have received less. I am sure he wanted these sooner than later to lock in the amount at these lower prices. Now he will definitely benefit from the many multiples the SP will see in the next 24 months.

Renesas/Arm demonstrate live the Arm Cortex M85 Processor on June 21-24 Nuremberg Germany could this be the unavailing of Akida from Renesas.

Renesas Will Demonstrate the First Working Silicon Based on the Recently Debuted Arm Cortex-M85 Processor

Microcontroller Leader to Showcase Performance, High Integration and Security Advances at Embedded World 2022 Exhibition and Conference

May 24, 2022 08:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time
TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Renesas Electronics Corporation (TSE:6723), a premier supplier of advanced semiconductor solutions, today announced that it will present the first live demonstration of a microcontroller (MCU) based on the recently announced Arm® Cortex®-M85 processor. The demonstration will take place in the Renesas booth - Hall 1, Stand 234 (1-234) at the Embedded World 2022 Exhibition and Conference in Nuremburg Germany from June 21-24.
“As a lead partner with Arm, we are proud to be the first to demonstrate an MCU based on the high-performance Cortex-M85 processor, a clear example of the momentum that we have built in the Arm ecosystem”
Tweet this
Renesas introduced the RA (Renesas Advanced) Family of Arm Cortex-M based MCUs in October of 2019, entering the general-purpose Arm-Cortex-M market with a robust and feature rich family of flash-based MCUs. In roughly 30 months, Renesas has quickly taken a leadership position, introducing 17 MCU groups encompassing well over 200 individual parts. In addition, Renesas has developed a robust ecosystem of partners providing customers with comprehensive solutions for IoT, AI/ML, industrial automation, medical, building automation, home appliance and multiple other applications.
“As a lead partner with Arm, we are proud to be the first to demonstrate an MCU based on the high-performance Cortex-M85 processor, a clear example of the momentum that we have built in the Arm ecosystem,” said Roger Wendelken, Senior Vice President in Renesas’ IoT and Infrastructure Business Unit. “The RA family has enjoyed tremendous success in a very short time, demonstrating the core strengths that make Renesas an MCU powerhouse, including design expertise, legendary quality, and close collaboration with customers and partners in all markets and all geographies.”
“To continue to scale and grow, the next generation of IoT solutions demand ever-improving levels of performance, security and simplified development, and we have delivered this with the new Arm Cortex-M85,” said Dipti Vachani, senior vice president and general manager, Automotive and IoT Line of Business at Arm. “This demonstration of the first silicon based on our most secure and highest performance Cortex-M processor will showcase the new and exciting applications it will enable and further cements our ongoing close collaboration with Renesas.”
The Arm Cortex-M85 processor features Helium technology, Arm’s M-Profile Vector Extension that enables advanced DSP/ML capabilities and helps accelerate compute intensive applications such as endpoint AI. Delivering over 6 CoreMark/MHz, Cortex-M85 enables demanding IoT use cases that require the highest compute performance and DSP or ML capability, realized on a single, simple-to-program, Cortex-M processor. Cortex-M hallmarks such as deterministic operation, short interrupt response time, and state-of-the-art low-power support are uncompromised on Cortex-M85.
Renesas is developing a new series of RA MCUs based on the Cortex-M85 processor, planned for release in 2023. These new RA family MCUs will provide breakthrough performance and fully deterministic, low latency, real-time operation for demanding application needs across numerous markets. The new RA devices will bridge the gap between MCUs and MPUs, enabling complex and compute-intensive applications with the lower power consumption and ease of use of an MCU. This will help customers preserve their investment in software development and reduce costs of migration to an MPU based system. As with other RA MCUs, the new devices will offer best-in-class peripherals, memory and low power consumption.
The new Cortex-M85 core based on Armv8-M architecture supports Arm TrustZone® technology for protection of secure assets. Combined with TrustZone, Renesas’ integrated cryptographic engine, immutable storage, key management, and tamper protection against DPA/SPA side-channel attacks will provide a comprehensive and fully integrated secure element functionality. The Armv8-M architecture also brings Pointer Authentication/Branch Target Identification (PAC/BTI) security extension, a new architectural feature that provides enhanced mitigation from software attack threats and helps achieve PSA Certified Level 2 certification.
The new RA MCUs based on the Cortex-M85 core will be supported by Renesas’ Flexible Software Package (FSP). The FSP enables faster application development by providing all the infrastructure software needed, including multiple RTOS, BSP, peripheral drivers, middleware, connectivity, networking and security stacks as well as reference software to build complex AI, motor control and graphics solutions. It allows customers to integrate their own legacy code and choice of RTOS with FSP, thus providing full flexibility in application development. Using the FSP will ease migration of existing designs to the new RA devices.

I think the short attack has bigger aim then just lowering the sp. I think they are trying to affect the technical analysis from an up trend to a down trend, by breaking through the technical resistance levels. If they succeed then the technical traders will support them and continue the down trend. They are banking on no new announcments in the next month.

So just the usual opportunistic predatory behaviour.🤬Instos accumulating at retails expense.

TODAYS trading is one of two possiblities.
#1. SHORTING ATTACK - (see data in 3 days to confirm)
#2. SELL DOWN of INSTO holding

This is NOT a panic jump in mass by RETAIL. Some have gone through stop loss & some decided to go.
But its not a widespread panic.

After last nights "secret" meeting with Shaw & Partners re-Insto accounts (2) could it be a result of that meeting?

Brainchip lost 25c off the SP in two days since 11.am Tuesday at start of AGM. Smells of shorting to me! (so far)

Yak52
ps. I hate seeing this done to a stock. It does not add value to current holders. Pure Greed.
PPS. FF thanks for that "insight" into voting irregularity with ....P. Would lov to know more though lol.

A Look through the ORDER BOOK on the SELL side shows major stacking of FALSE SELL ORDERS.

2.3 Mil of large orders from $1.25 up

Multiples of 100,000 orders at most levels including 200k orders also from 1.25 up
Multiples of exact 10k,20k,30k,50k orders at each and every level from 1.25 up.

In all probably around 3-4 mil of False orders placed in the SELL side.

18 mil traded so far today . High yesterday of 1.33 now at 1.09

Yak52
No doubt in my mind our SP is currently under attack.

We should all remember that we are all invested in the company, not the SP. Given all we know already and even more so after yesterday, no amount of short term SP manipulation by these market thugs will change my sentiment. The company and our position in the market is stronger than ever IMO and we all hold a piece of it. Hold tight, this noise will pass.

Stop Losses are a killer if you use them.
Yeah and that's the aim of the 'short attack' right - trigger stop losses and start a snowball effect of sorts. Meanwhile those who've been stopped out are left licking their wounds.

I guess this will be the pattern until serious traction is made through a series of game-changing ASX announcements. Best to sit on one's hands and peck at the crumbs if able - I certainly won't be handing any raisins back, like FF's Rainbow Lorikeet, tho 😉

Are you sure it's all resolved? Not knowing what you do, could there be some mischief at play with the massive sell down as a payback?
