Hi all Great day at the AGM met a few great icons in person, and they're all amazing as they appear on this forum.

Regarding management, they're very professional, and humble. I had a fanboi moment shaking hands with Peter it was indeed a special moment which I'll remember for the rest of my life.

We have a great, very confident team.
I'm so happy that I came over and left the hall very happy.

And thanks for all the laughs guys and gals I wish you all the success you deserve for your patience and perseverance.
Love and peace to all, good night.

SORRY Foxdog BUT................................" Not all bad tho, might provide another opportunity to deploy some more funds. If it gets to 1.05 or below I reckon we're back in bargain territory again. Totally my opinion only" - Foxdog.

SO Todays drop from a HIGH of $1.34 down to a close of $1.15 was not enough of a "BARGIN" for you ??

YOU want it to drop down to $1.05 OR less for it to be a BARGIN?

I don't need to say what I am thinking about your post & comments nor about the relevance of the last bit of your Forum Name do I ??? Hmm??

At one point Sean made a very clear point about the identity of the company when he said something to the effect of … “we are an IP company, not a chip company.”
He actually repeated that a few times in the same response to a question I believe was about the R&D department. No matter the actual question, I found this very interesting as I had never heard them take this position so strongly before.
As they have said in the past this form of revenue is very high margin so bring it on!
“An IP company”, would this statement imply that there potentially are a few more or many more in the pipeline to transpire from our current 2?
Also on the arrangement of IP licensing, how do we Brainchip, monitor the sheer volume being used/produced by the Renasas and Megachips of the world in their products, to accurately and rightly reep the royalties in perpetuity ?

Thefunkmachin said: this is my chance to take part of the greatest wealth transfer in history in my opinion and I will be apart of that.

Me too.

I've been in for so long singing I'm a believer. It has been hard at times to ignore the bewildering lack of share price traction, the naysayers, the pernicious people who mess with your mind — all abandoned now on hot crapper where the righteous ask plaintively where they can find us — but at last after watching the AGM from afar I feel that my belief is not misplaced. It is no longer belief but expectation of fact. What a superb band of swashbuckling techno buccaneers we have piloting our ship across the ocean of incomprehension into the impregnable harbours of inevitability — and we're waving from the crow's nest!

Hi all
I won’t grace the nonsense with a rebuff but I will support those who have reported a positive response to the AGM.

It was as reported an entirely positive investment affirming experience.

I did not have an opportunity to speak to Sean Hehir or any one else at the meeting about the company as I was keeping socially distant and masked as I have a responsibility to minimise the risk of transferring Covid to my wife.

I did shake hands with Ken Scarince before leaving and thanked him for the work he has done with LDA Capital.

I then attended with some others a demonstration by Nviso of its in cabin system that we have all seen the video of and it is more impressive in real life. This was entirely independent of Brainchip and it was organised by Jesse Chapman.

In due course thanks to the work of Jesse and Acca we here may be remembered when the Nviso IPO is launched later this year, early next year.

At the time of the video we saw AKIDA was processing 250 frames per second with the Nvidia CPU which without AKIDA was accordingly to Tim Llewellyn only processing up to 10 frames per second.

Since they made the video two weeks ago Anil Mankar has suggested some tweaks to AKIDA and this has taken the 250 frames per second to 1,000 frames per second which was the speed I/we witnessed.

It was clear from the answers Tim Llewellyn gave that without AKIDA what he was presenting would not be possible. He was very derogatory of the technology currently in phones and it was clear the only way phones would be able to run Nviso Apps properly was with AKIDA.

As for the share price movement this is clearly manipulation and on this point there has been significant increase in institutional interest.

From another shareholder I have been made aware that two meetings took place with large institutions after the AGM that were requested late by these institutions through Shaw Partners and plans had to be changed suddenly so they could be accommodated by Sean Hehir & Co.

I have no reason to believe that the share price manipulation today and these meetings were/are connected.

It is not unreasonable though to say if ARM and Nviso have been the catalyst for friendly conservative institutions to take a look at Brainchip then bad actors would also have been put on notice.

I have made the point before that as a retail investor my approach is to ignore the manipulation and trust in my research.

I see no reason to change my approach and having seen the AKIDA Nviso demonstration I am completely convinced this is the correct decision.

My opinion only DYOR

Well, we would have the right to an audit, but we're all gentlemen in business.

Thanks FF,

Wow! 1000 fps. Yesterday(?) someone posted about US Gvt agency or suchlike needing 250 fps for spinning satellites/rockets using star geometry navigation.

The tweeks that Anil made in a couple of weeks could not have been to the NPU silicon architecture, so they must have been in the configuration/interconnection of the NPU nodes, eg, reducing the number of layers of the SNN.

What an amazing device they have created!

I need 1000 fps to keep track as my socks keep getting blown off.

Very first AGM I've attended.

Was very excited to see how our company is going.
Must say I'm super impressed and left feeling very confident.

To me it looks like they have the right people in charge to grow and expand the brn brand during the hugely important commercialisation phase.

Also by the sounds of it, the business has has a complete pivot in how they are operating.
I.e moving on from a research company.

Really I could not be feeling more confident with my investment

As always ... many thanks FF for reporting back to us that you found the AGM an "investment affirming experience" ... as well as some details of the extraordinary tech advances you witnessed today. Akida processing 1,000 frames per second? Good grief!

Hi Mustard,

Oh no! We are not moving on from research, we are adding ubermarketing.

PvdM's Brainchip research Institute is still developing the cortical column implementation.
