BRN Discussion Ongoing

Yes a brand new website has popped up over night. Totally different format but never fear all the prior announced customers are there only not where I would have initially expected for example:

"Why Invest

  • Demand for AI-enabled Edge and Internet of things (IoT) devices is forecasted to grow at double-digit annual growth rates for the foreseeable future.
  • Due to bandwidth, data security, latency, and power constraints on edge devices, product demand will shift from cloud-dependent AI devices to solutions where data is captured on the device.
  • Massive power consumption and emissions resulting from AI data centers will shift AI processing from traditional cloud data centers to processing on the device. Akida’s cloud independence capabilities uniquely address these AI-related infrastructure and sustainability issues.
  • The Akida architecture is scalable and flexible and addresses the requirements for the vast and growing number of IoT and edge devices in consumer and industrial applications.
  • MetaTF software makes adoption easy, automating conversion from traditional networks into immediately usable and efficient “spiking” networks.
  • Marquee brands include Mercedes, Valeo, Vorago, and NASA, and commercial IP licenses with Renesas and MegaChips. Commercial availability of semiconductor chips, IP, tools, and boards.
  • The revenue model includes IP licensing, product sales & support, and high-margin royalty streams."

In addition ARM is now definitely listed as a partner. No doubt in my mind on this.

Si Five is listed as a partner which we knew.

In addition we have Enablers starting with Nviso and now also:

AKIDA BALLISTA in 2022 and the list of names has now increased by two to 24:

Mercedes Benz
Valeo
NASA
DARPA
Vorago
Renesas
MegaChips
Sanyo
Nintendo
Ford
Socionext
Biotome
Nanose
ISL
Intellisense
Tata
Nvidia

SiFive
Nviso
Honda
Panasonic
ARM
Edge Impulse.
The at least 1% of the Edge Ai market is looking pretty solid so I think it is appropriate to imagine what at least 5% of the Edge Ai market would look like as that seems like the new conservative MARKET share that Brainchip will capture.

5% of 70 billion US dollars by 2025 Edge market equals $US3.5 billion.

5% of 200 billion US dollars by 2040 in automotive semiconductors equals $US10 billion.

The trillion US dollar market for Ai by 2030 5% is $US50 billion.

These numbers are fictions but they give some sort of structure to what can be the future potential of Brainchip which is becoming more and more secure with each passing day.

Ask yourself these three questions:

1. Can I be patient?

2. Am I happy to abide by my plan?

3. Can I resist the manipulators?

How good does that sound.....'Go Mass Market' :)

BrainChip’s AI for IoT Akida Spiking Neural Network Accelerators Go Mass Market

via Hackster.io

Designed to mimic the human brain, the Akida accelerator comes with bold claims for efficiency and performance.
Neuromorphic computing specialist BrainChip has announced its biggest milestone yet: full commercialization of its Akida AKD1000 edge AI processors as mini-PCIe accelerators.
“I am excited that people will finally be able to enjoy a world where AI meets the Internet of Things,” says Sean Hehir, BrainChip’s chief executive. “We have been working on developing our Akida technology for more than a decade and with the full commercial availability of our AKD1000, we are ready to fully execute on our vision. Other technologies are simply not capable of the autonomous, incremental learning at ultra-low power consumption that BrainChip’s solutions can provide. Getting these chips into as many hands as possible is how the next generation of AI becomes reality.”
The path to commercial availability has been a long one: BrainChip was showcasing its Akida processors, which are designed to mimic the way the human brain operators as a means of running spiking neural networks considerably more efficiently than traditional processors… READ THE FULL ARTICLE

No. This was ruled out by the price query responses given to the ASX by the company .
Not necessarily. ASX don't allow marketing as announcements. There is no solid commercials to any of these and therefore they don't need to be released through the ASX. In response to the ASX request therefore, there is no reason that is valid for the rise relevant to how the ASX would measure price sensitive information. From a price sensitivity point of view, a commercial deal or financially impactful event did not occur, ergo nothing happened. This does not mean the market doesn't look at these things and see how important they are and respond accordingly.

If I start pulling apart the new branding I probably wouldn’t stop. What a shame the spike has gone.
Still under construction I think

so what would be your top 5 from this list? And why?
That is like the question my children asked me when they were little: “Dad which one of us is your favourite?” I answered “Your both my favourites.” Angered they went away returning a few minutes later “Ok if we were in a boat and it sunk and we did not have life jackets and you could only save one of us who would you save?” “Both of you?” I replied.

I cannot rank these companies they all have a special place in the Brainchip story.

I will say this the two most romantic are NASA and Mercedes in no particular order.

Have I irritated you with my answer as I did my children.

HIDDEN under the tabs for .............PARTNERS.

Another interesting thing is the SFive image has a link to the article discussing it from April 5th 22
The ARM image has no such link yet...
The print on the article is not yet dry enough for distributing.
Cant wait to see details of this development.

Learning to the Top 🕵‍♂️
Could its also be the thats, this partnership with Brainchip and ARM has always been there;

The Akida PCIe boards use the ARM Cortex.
  • ARM Cortex-M4 32-bit @ 300MHz (Subblock of Akida)

So partnership could go two way. First we used the ARM Cortex then ARM implement Akida into its Chips.

Now with our previous EAP they are now Trusted User of Akida.

And so say all of us.

The ASX is thick as four planks - what they need to do is think laterally and introduce a category of announcements called something like “Non Commercial Strategic Announcements.” This would allow such things as moving to new premises and strategic partnerships to be announced and immediately available to all retail.

If they were a Government body this could be achieved but with this private profit driven gang no hope.

Is the website meant to be live yet? Where is Socionext? I'm sorry to see the branding gone and the spike. Surely that hasn't been redone, has it been missed on the website because it's not meant to be live? I also would have thought Megachips would be under partners as thats essentially what the press release said.

FF ........I feel we may soon be adding AIRBUS to name just a few to that list of yours (22).

Considering that post I did of RENESAS and the R-CAR Consortium Partners who numbered (360?) this HIT list of (22) you have makes me nervous!
Your reply was absolutely correct to my post and if this was to happen ( each company has hundreds of trusting customers) then
JUST your list of (22) would make us unbelievably wealthy beyond our comprehension!
AND these (22) are just the start of what BrainChip are working on! After these comes the rest of the PLANET.

There is but only one requirement to benefit from all this!

STAY ON THE BOAT, DO NOT GET OFF, NO MATTER WHAT!!!!

So now that our relationship with ARM is somewhat official, why couldn’t our CFO give some revenue guidance? It would certainly give some understanding to the absolute rocket we are sitting on.

I understand the point you make however the interview with Gem Davies on the Brainchip podcast saw Gem Davies dismissing this idea back then on the basis that the benefits of neuromorphic computing were yet to be proven in the real world.

Not that the market is this sophisticated but the fact that ARM has now revealed itself as a Brainchip partner logically means that Brainchip has demonstrated to ARM’s satisfaction the real world benefits of AKIDA technology.

Hence why I have moved my conservative market share from 1% to 5%.

It is extremely strange that the website has gone live only partially finished. As there is a bit of messing around to make it happened, so it couldn’t have been by mistake.

So now that our relationship with ARM is somewhat official, why couldn’t our CFO give some revenue guidance? It would certainly give some understanding to the absolute rocket we are sitting on.
Companies have strategic plans and the CEO Sean Hehir said that the giving of guidance is scheduled to be reviewed first quarter 2023.

Income is predicted to ramp up commencing second half 2022.
It is a question of patience and trusting those who run Brainchip know what they are doing.
