The big boys are accumulating now, so if the SP goes up 5 or 10 times they would be very happy considering their large holdings -right? So if they sell at 5 or 10 times the current SP they would would be very happy, and they'd probably make a lot more than most on this forum. Couple that with their reasonably high salaries, they would set themselves up well for retirement and never need to work again. So, if an offer comes in for a buyout/takeover, what would be the BOD's drive to ask for a high price, ie greater than $5/share? - particularly if a bid comes in before a real price sensitive announcement/ revenue deal.
I do recall Tony D saying something to the effect that he and others in the company could not understand why the SP got to $2.34 in the past, and his tone suggested that the company did not want the SP at that level. The SP feels as though it is being artificially suppressed somehow, and its current level does not make sense considering all the news that has come out about potential future revenue.

My fear is that if a takeover/offer/ deal comes through before our SP exceeds $2.34 (ie the ATH), then the offer will be below this level. The big boys will still all make their money, whereas the rest of us will get shafted at that price. Ive seen it happen before on the ASX.

I hope this isn't the case and hope our SP is North of $2.34 before an offer comes in.
I think the patents we have we should not forget. You pay not only for the current situation of the company (revenue etc.) you pay also for the potential. And if they are willing to buy the company, they know the real potential including the worth of the patents. I think the BOD would know what they are doing in such a case…. Could be wrong… but no one would sell something under it’s value

Hi there, I'm sorry but what kind of nonsense is this? anti-gravity technology??

After reading this how is one supposed to trust anything you write if you are so ready to believe such conspiracies? You say you work for Brainchip but what's not to say that this isn't also one of your delusions?

For the record I am a big believer in the company, just not non-sensical shit like what is written here.
Well I think that your statement will one day come back and bite you on the Ar#e, because what
@TECH said is pretty close to mark, and within the next 2 years it will all be revealed. There is now
so many whistle blowers coming out with the same information about this subject. Do you really
believe that these people would come out with bullsh@t and wreck their highly reputable careers.
Many people like yourself have been sceptics about this subject, but once they have looked into it,
came back believing that this is really happening.
So please look into and do same research before commenting on this subject.
Everything is a conspiracy until it is found to be true.

exactly, the guy was pumped to the max and then tapped his heart twice then raised his hand to the public and the
media takes it out of context like they have been for the last 8 years.
They are low lives .

You're obviously not German. The fingers don't separate and he makes the gesture twice.
No wonder, he's happy. He has been handed the reins of the money agglomeration by his crony and can pursue politics in his favour without having to fear any consequences. What global CEO wouldn't want that?
A Heil Hitler or Heil Trump gesture is just a funny pose for him. He doesn't need to worry about it.

In our country, the right-wingers had separated ''''their'''' money into Switzerland back then. The reason for Switzerland's standing today, where they meet today to discuss fortunes in Davos. The nice thing about history is that it is documented. The other thing is that human history is always repetitive.

Fortunately for Brainchip, it's about Musk - not Huang.

I wouldn't agree to that price either. What percentage of shareholders would need to agree for it to go forward?
I have been in this situation before with a Company called ATLAS (AGO), a start up company with
a lease of land in Western Australia with a huge amount of Lithium waiting to be mined, sort of like
liontown is now. But at the time around 2017-2018 the shares were only worth around 3-4 cents, and
then in come Gina Rinehart and started buying shares in the Company, so then Ziggy (Andrew Forrest)
from Fortescue smelt a rat, so he too started buying shares in the Company (AGO) and funny enough
the share price did not go up that much (around 6 cents) manipulation was at stake here, as we are
talking about the two smartest mining people in Australia, so a deal was done, and Ziggy sold his shares
to Gina ($30 million profit), not bad for holding shares for only a few months and only a few months
later again Gina finally got to 80% ownership of the Company through manipulation of course, and in the end us little retail holders had no choice but to sell our shares to her for a MEASLY 4.2 cents (450,000 shares), I made a LOUSY gross profit of 27% on my money.
But Gina on the other hand went on to make many many millions of Dollars after she open the mine
and started exporting. So @Humble Genius the answer to your Question is 80% of all the shares, and
after that we have to sell at the Market price.
So I would be very disappointed to have to be in this situation again (Forced to Sell) and hope it never
happens again.
Sorry about the Long explanation.

Happy new year chippers, lets hope its a prosperous one for brainchip!

Link to Trumps newly announced project 'Stargate' which through the combination of Softbank, OpenAi, oracle and others is said to pump $500b into ai development and infrastructure in the USA, starting with a data centre in texas.

Should put wind into the sails of any ai companies with ties to the USA (us). Time will tell how this actually may or may not effect us!
