Hi Robsmark, while the timing of today's announcement was a bit frustrating (like finally lighting a fire after hours of effort, only to have water poured on it right away), my optimistic side "hopes" that this reflects management's confidence in their ability to drive the share price higher before June 2025!
It also seems that Mr. Market's momentum remains unstoppable! IMO, it looks like it's going to continue climbing after this brief hiccup. Hopefully, the management can put a cherry on top by landing a massive IPO deal soon!!!

It did indeed and guess what?...
I actually thought much earlier in the day, that this would close above open, around 36 cents..
With funding now secure, for the foreseeable Future, it takes out another element of risk, which others don't like, hence the rabid down ramping.
The chances of news from CES (in the form of a partnership) or even an IP deal dropping now, due to increased Company funding, pushing this above recent highs, are well.. High.
Sorry to all the "holders" that didn't hold and caved in to fear.
Congratulations, to those with the fortitude and funds, to buy more.
I have not traded this at all, but I have mentally tortured myself, over daily possible gains in the thousands, through trading.
It's obvious to me, that the only way BrainChip, will make "me" wealthy, is if BrainChip is truly successful.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Neuromorphic processing has emerged as a hot-topic for Machine Learning inference on space-based systems. Spiking neural networks (SNNs) can in principle be applied to the same applications as traditional Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) but promised to run more power efficiently, which is a major constraint on power-limited satellites. However, this technology is highly novel and various steps are required before bringing it to the satellite. These steps include:- Use neuromorphic processing evaluation hardware
- Translate “classic” ANNs to SNNs
- Develop and train SNNs for Earth Observation data and time-series data
- Compare key metrics (eg., power efficiency, computational power, etc.) to other state-of-the-art space-grade ML hardware platforms
- Research about on-board continuous, online learning
With this position you will focus on acquiring and building up knowledge on how to effectively employ neuromorphic processing solutions from the perspective of space-based deployment scenarios. The goal is to demonstrate space-targeted AI algorithms on real evaluation hardware.
Desired skills and qualifications
- Enrolled full-time student within background in Artificial Intelligence, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field of study
- First Experiences in inference of Neural Networks on embedded processing platforms (CPU, FPGA) would be an asset
- Embedded programming skills (Python, C, C++)
- Deep Neural Network modeling skills with common frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch)
- Fluent English is mandatory; German would be an asset

Bengaluru, January 7, 2025 – Tata Elxsi, a global leader in design and technology services, and the CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories (CSIR-NAL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a Strategic Partnership for Advanced Air Mobility. This collaboration is focused on driving innovation in emerging areas such as Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), Urban Air Mobility (UAM), and electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. The partnership combines NAL’s deep aeronautical expertise and Tata Elxsi’s technological capabilities in electrification, AI/ML, sensor fusion, and certification processes to support global and Indian markets.
The global market for UAVs and UAM is rapidly evolving, with applications spanning industries such as logistics, agriculture, defence and urban transportation. This partnership will accelerate product development cycles for these sectors by providing access to advanced testing infrastructure, methodologies, and expertise. Tata Elxsi and CSIR-NAL will jointly focus on technologies such as aerodynamic design, autonomous systems, and secure communications to address the unique needs of both manned and unmanned air mobility systems.
India presents significant opportunities through initiatives like Make in India, indigenisation, and the growing demand for advanced air mobility solutions. The partnership will contribute to building a robust ecosystem of precision manufacturing, component suppliers, and tool vendors.
