I’m confused. Where did you get the information from? Or are you just speculating too?

Okay, without saying too much as I said don't want to get banned. Lets just say you are in a discord group and know someone who is heavily invested in BRN. That person may have been asked if they want to be part of a CR and then some of that information is talked about. Do you believe it, or is it just speculation, you decide. Aparently I'm not allowed to put that information here.

The company must ask people if they want to invest to do a CR, this information will get out. I will see as you will if there is a normal CR and a piece of small news involved also, to get people interested. I don't know for sure its just "speculation" if you know what I mean.

Lok at it this way it could be a injection of money from a positive partner.

The worse could be its dilution for a cap raise. Which if this was it they would just do the capital call which makes it seem unlikely.

“if” the good news was known prior to a cap raise. That good news should be released to the market prior. They cannot do a private cap raise, then tell the market this “good news”. Different story if the news is related to the investor ie a customer.
