I thought without an annoncement they had to open trade this morning.

They can be back trading anytime today or not!!

An announcement has to be made today...(1) end of trading Halt (2) Extension of TH (3) Voluntary suspension

"Note: ASX Operating Rule 16.4. 2 says that a trading halt can be applied for a period not exceeding the commencement of normal trading on the second trading day following the day on which it is requested"

We are currently in contravention of ASX rules, as far as I can tell.

IMO .... all this can only imply that there will be no IP agreements nor any revenue stream for some time to come.

How disappointing..........only interesting thing will be to see which institutions take up the offer. I'd be pretty sure it wouldn't be 100% underwritten unless the stock to be issued was already accounted for.
