The thing that worries me about Tony's reply is the use of the word "hope". Hope is NEVER a management strategy and offers me no comfort that the road to revenue is progressing appropriately.

And secondly, I think management is deluding themselves if they think that the 1st strike was about the share price rather than the remuneration report. The big salaries and share bonuses without any transparent communication of tangible results, and not delivering what they said they were going to, are the issues in my opinion at the heart of the vote down.
From memory the strike was a consequence of a minority vote which achieved the minimum number necessary to pass and certainly doesn't represent my self or the massive majority... your thoughts basically don't represent the general consensus. Let us not forget this.

All this talk about a potential second strike, even asking Tony ?? of course he and the company in general don't want to see
shareholders punish the company and/or individuals in May next year, so 2.5 quarters basically...

Peter and Anil haven't sold a single share, Peter gifted around 3.5 million dollars for fantastic research into an illness that effected
him personally, I believe it was the largest or second largest donation ever to be received by the foundation.

OF COURSE OUR TEAM WISH TO SEE REVENUE RESULTS START TO RAMP UP !

Talk of second strikes is fear mongering, if you had bought in at 0.031 (think that was the true bottom) during the covid period you'd
be rather content at present, the brains of this company have employed staff to deliver and I believe that they will, but as many already
know, a lot of the decision making is out of Brainchip's hands and subject to other Boards of major companies deciding when it's the
right time to enter an agreement, many would be positioning themselves for an upturn on World Economies, which as any well read
person would know, things are currently on the slide everywhere.

"POSITIONING ONES SELF TO POUNCE WHEN THE DARK CLOUDS DISAPPEAR"

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and mine is, talking about premature second strikes is totally negative at this point in time.

Best regards....Tech 😌
How is it premature? according to Antonio, their understanding of the first strike is due to crappy share price.. and as you know, it has gotten worse... so purely based on the current share price, second strike is coming unless they turn this ship around...

Imo they do deserve 2nd strike, they need to wake up and provide better clearer guidance on the revenue & plans to the share holders... we still dont have a fking timeline / target date for share holders, all we hear is our product is amazing when theres absolutely nothing to back that statement on the financials...

Right on Cardpro, they better get a Tarot reader in ASAP so we can get our timeline!

Yh that might be more accurate given we are seeing nothing on the financials (Sean) nor explosion of sales (Peter)

Your absolutely correct about getting a tarot card reader because you already know the Co will not announce anything with the ongoing cone of silence stance.

We definitely need MORE things said to lock us in, so that every little syllable from management's mouth can be used against them when we vote them out in the next AGM for the fun of it.
Nothing will be better for BRN or our investment than a board of less qualified amatuers taking the reigns.
BTW @Cardpro , sarcasm is sometimes hard to spot on a message board

To quote the great TD:
"I am subjected to constant abuse and even death threats from a small but very noisy group of opinionated and angry BRN shareholders"

Rob and Bacon loved this when I posted it last time, might be a good reminder.

Just a reminder post :

BrainChip Responds to AGM Remuneration Report Resolution Results • Remuneration Report did not pass and company receives first strike Sydney – 23 May 2023: BrainChip Holdings Ltd (“BrainChip” or the “Company”) (ASX: BRN, OTCQX: BRCHF, ADR: BCHPY), the world’s first commercial producer of ultra-low power neuromorphic AI IP, today received a strike as a result of an Against vote on the remuneration report. The Board of BrainChip acknowledges the lack of support for the Remuneration Report resolution. While the Company implemented numerous changes based on shareholders’ feedback received last year, as articulated in the Chairman‘s 2023 AGM opening remarks, the Board is committed to continuing our constructive engagement with shareholders while focusing on the execution of the Company’s strategy. This announcement is authorised for release by the BRN Board of Directors.

So what's ever happened to all this so called " committed to continuing our constructive engagement with shareholders " or was / is it just fluff words being used to relieve some tension.

It would have been great if BRN had continued with the monthly podcasts helping with the impression of communicating with shareholders, but alas no podcasts for the last 2 months. :(

There is a podcast to be released early in November, it was recorded a few days ago and it will be a conversation between Tony and Sean.

An interesting interesting article that speaks directly to Agricultural applications in which weed identification and targeted spraying is required. Mentions Edge AI and not being reliant on a cloud connection as well as learning through Neural networks...

Extract
"The new Fusion computing ECU by TTControl is equipped with an AI accelerator that can be deployed for such edge applications. While driving across a field, the Fusion computing unit gathers actual plant data via the cameras that are mounted on the spraying implement. It then processes the data and makes real-time decisions based on the trained neural network"

This looks like a soon to be released product being promoted for launch at at one of the larger agriculture trade shows in Germany next month.

Your persistence to continually remind everyone about the second strike is getting tiresome and boring. Why would it help anything to replace experienced people (including PVMD) with people with potentially less experience at this critical time in commercialising Akida? Why take the risk? How would you know for example if one or two of the board have contributed to fostering customer connections which are close to bearing fruit for the company? What difference will replacing the board next May make to improve any potential contracts close to being signed? If anything it would be a warning sign to any company wanting to tie the nascent knot with BrainChip ats, stability is everything. I just don’t see your point unless of course your point is to undermine the success of the company.

Discussing about a strike is totally irrelevant at this time. It is at least 190-210 days before an AGM. On the other hand and edgebox may be released in less than 60 days, tapping out by renasas may be less than 60 days away as well.
So yes there is no big news for last 2 years but that does not mean that things will remain same forever.
Worse case scenario is management does not took 1st strike seriously that will mean they does not deserve to there where they are.
So let us not waste our time and resources on a strike situation right now.

First off, I respect your opinion. I do sense a combination of frustration and anger, I can relate to the frustration purely based on time that
keeps passing year after year, I will share that I did ask Peter some time ago about the comment he made about "explosive sales", I won't
say exactly what he said word for word, but he indicated things are rather fluid, meaning, conditions can change, companies can delay making
the type of decisions we all want to hear due to world economics, it's a cycle that we are all going through, but I get the feeling whatever I say you won't agree with.

The next 3 events being showcased by Todd, then Sean and finally to Rob will I'm sure generate and educate more possibilities for Brainchip.
I maybe wrong here but I thought Nandan was hosting the South Korean event for Brainchip not Sean ?

How is it premature ? Talking about something that has to be voted on in 7 months plus is 100% premature when the situation
could change right up until the AGM is actually conducted, other companies and partners are well aware of how settled or unsettled
a company is, the last thing you would want is to damage all the great work the team is currently doing by drawing unnecessary
attention to us or threatening (my word) to remove employees whom you and others believe are not performing because of a lack
of information to satisfy your hunger.

Cheers Tech.🤟

No mention of Akida, but it’s either Akida or Loihi

Abstract
KrishCorp is proposing a solution that simulates cognitive data capture, mimicking the way a human brain detects, contextualizes, and classifies data, through an image classification engine. This engine will identify and classify different objects and artifacts in an image or video feed and present an output of tagged metadata as well as a descriptive text transcript of the objects, artifacts and/or pertinent relational data. The engine will consist of two models; one which will be trained by using conventional image classification machine learning, and a second which will be a complementary contextual layer relating the objects to one another in a nuanced and innovative way. The engine will be able to identify patterns and make associations while processing multisensory inputs in the same manner as neuro-biological systems. To this end, the contextual layer of the engine, trained by a second model, can be extended to incorporate, analyze, and correlate multiple types of data from various sensors like air pressure, temperature, and other complex telemetry available in space-based applications. Using our solution, NASA systems will be able to ultimately perform autonomous decision making based on the multi-dimensional cognitive awareness our system will provide. The engine we will build will not only classify and tag objects contained in the data sources fed to it but also will build the context around it to give a more robust and nuanced representation. The model will employ a unique combination of a Spiking Neural Network (SNN) for image recognition and Long Short-term Memory (LSTM) to aid in unsupervised learning. The processed data will then be fed to the context building model where it will interpret the relational elements of the classified objects to provide a cognitive This model will in turn provide an accurate textual description of the original data source.
