Hey Damo, where do you read that file? Where can I access it? Thanks.Lot's to digest in this bad boi!
Looks like it could be interpreted a few ways, probably depending on your opinion on the company.
I see a lot of the question/concerns/issues have been addressed.
They also seem to share the disappointment in progress in the last 12 months, also dissecting the performance bonuses.
I also see a lot of strong language used, specifically in regards to being an industry standard.
Also a mention of Akida 3rd Generation as well as information on the 2nd Gen and it's applications.
Lot's to read still!
I think the shorters will disagreeLooks like I’ll be Voting No on performance rights/shares after reading that.

why would people vote yes for performance rights when in their own statement they admit to not meetings their own expectations/deadlines.. anyway that’s just my opinion..There's plenty of positivity in there, read further down into the technology section and the parting words from each person.
I would have thought people here would have wanted the direct approach they have taken, owning up to not meeting their own deadlines?
I couldn't think of anything worse than pretending it's not a problem and talking about how good the future is instead.
We've known everything (almost) in this report, yet there seems to be an expectation from the SH's that we would receive something in the AGM address that would re-shape how we think of the company. What were you hoping they would say?

Well my vote was well and truly justified nowI cannot believe this statement by our Chairman "Counter To Australian Norms"!! WOW
I hold a significant number of shares and I believe in reward for results and "NOT" in the now obvious American norms of "Reward on future promises" that may or may not happen!!
I know where my votes are now going.....
