Great post, alwaysgreen. My wife and I are atheists but my son attends a pre school that is affiliated with the church. I was a little concerned but we ended up deciding on this pre school because we thought the small centre best suited his personality and were told that the religious influence was very minor.
Anyway, I was at my 4 yo son's Xmas concert for his pre school on Friday where I realised that maybe the religious influence was a little stronger than I had been sold on. So a carer was telling a creation story and at one point said "and then God created humans and dolphins and whales and lions" and my 1 year old daughter who was watching on my knee yells out "Dinosaurs!!" at the top of her lungs. I couldn't be more proud of her![]()
Preach BrotherNo one's reporting it for defending your faith. Sometimes faith is what keeps people going, whether it's BRN or personal life.
I find it funny that those who ridicule others faith have no issues when Joe Biden goes smelling the little kids, the elite rings and companies like Balenciaga openly supports trafficking and ill treatment of kids, companies like Twitter which supports pedos which is getting exposed after Elon took it over.
Some of the facts coming out will infuriate anyone with a heart, but I bet most will keep quiet... unless it's religion like Christianity then everyone has something to say.

Me much like your wisdom KimoosabiI know that there was some complaints about the podcast but I thinking if BRN was not happy with it they would not have aired it they are not live.

NEWPORT, R.I. –
Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport is partnering with Baylor University on a Naval Engineering Education Consortium (NEEC) project to improve the autonomous capabilities of robots.
The objective of this project, titled, “Improved Robot Autonomy using Neuromorphic-Based Stochastic Computing,” is to use novel computing techniques to provide improved autonomous robot capabilities by fundamentally changing the way onboard computation is performed. A critical step to this is understanding how to exploit the sensed environment in novel and efficient ways.
“One of the NEEC students is focused on building an artificial cochlea and developing circuitry to process sound the way the brain and cochlea work together to process sound,” Dr. John DiCecco, a mentor on the project and Division Newport engineer, said. “One of the key problems is how do you get this device to encode the information? The human cochlea senses, encodes and performs some very important preprocessing of the auditory information, so we’re trying to figure out how to do the same utilizing neuromorphic computing.”
Brings to mind Straw that song with the words " if you leave me can I come too " can't for the life of me remember it's title. As for more general wishes (as I have no religious belief whatsoever which includes Santa as an omnipotent, slightly dodgy overlord). I'm putting this one out to the universe and beyond (whatever that entails philosophically or otherwise). For those who know me this is my regular rant, so full of assumptions and poorly thought out conclusions.
Can the SP please go up just enough so I don't have to rent (EVER) and can move into a house on the nearest inhabitable planet with no dogs, cats, bogans, those who were brought up without any capacity for empathy or have lost it because they are in denial of how they affect the lives of others, insanely grumpy/aggressive old people, retail customers, shorters, high frequency traders, powerful greedy and selfish leaders of countries and poisonous criminal organisations, anyone who indoctrinates anyone into anything before they are capable of making their own choices, scammers, sink or swim advocates who hold their beliefs only as long as they are doing well or with their very privileged starts in life and the very poorly socialised (the category I fit into most snugly). Oh and noisy air-conditioners.
I feel like I'm losing my capacity for empathy as the above likely suggests so may have to move away from myself
Hey could I use it as my pitch for Master Universe pageant?
Mental as Anything hottyBrings to mind Straw that song with the words " if you leave me can I come too " can't for the life of me remember it's title.
However, your words have a certain ring of familiarity, truth and a likeness to the current issues that categories the current liberal governments of all persuasion's, IMHO, Tonto.....
Lightened/likened my current environment immensely.

Speaking of which, the Insto's continue to do what they do.Afternoon Topcat,
Great find, think this is the first time I have seen this organisation, Cheers.
Would have to say the broad spectrum of companys which those here have generously bought to all of our attention as high probability of utilising our technology, is truely staggering, and continues to grow weekly.
Sterling effort all & thankyou for sharing .
Pressently enjoying a pleasant single malt, thinking of many things simultaneously, a thought occurred.
As we all know, Akida , first generation has been available for some time now for all and sundry to evaluate & put it through its paces.
The amount of highly to ecsessively paid people in the tech sphere, from scientists through to and predominantly upper executives , ceos who's sole purpose from a listed companies perspective , and their shareholders is to generate a profit , this thought occurred to me....
We know Blackrock, the world's largest investment house with some $11 Trillion under management, has taken a small position in Brainchip stock along with positions in probably 70% of ALL listed companys GLOBALLY....
Well imagine if a memo from the top of Blackrock, Larry Fink, was dispatched to all these companies globaly , to look into and where possible to bloody well utilise Brainchips technology.
Win win all round, 70% of the world's listed companys become more efficient, both in reducing power draw and delivery of data / output end result, whilst delivering a greater profit to their holders.
I'll give Laurence call.
Regards ,
Esq.
* by the way , I stand by what I said Friday, chart's & volumes look primed for a share price explosion.
Not financial advice.
