Syntiant Corp. Named Among Fastest-Growing Companies in North America by Deloitte
Irvine, Calif., November 16, 2022 — Syntiant Corp., a leader in delivering end-to-end edge AI solutions for always-on applications, today announced that it has been named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500™, a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech companies in North America.
Now in its 28th year, the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 award winners are selected based on a revenue growth rate of 75 percent or higher, number of years in business, customer sales and operating revenue of at least $5 million.
“Being listed in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 is indicative of our ability to execute on Syntiant’s growth strategy, going from startup to delivering production-ready edge AI solutions in just a couple of years,” said Kurt Busch, CEO of Syntiant. “Before Syntiant, artificial intelligence was relegated to the cloud, unconstrained by area and power. Today, we have shipped more than 20 million neural decision processors and production-grade deep learning models to customers across the globe, bringing highly accurate, cloud-free inferences to all kinds of devices with near-zero power consumption.”
The companies on the 2022 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 achieved significant revenue growth from 2018 to 2021, ranging from 241 percent to 125,138 percent, with median growth of 611 percent. Ranked 46, Syntiant achieved a growth rate of 3,577 percent from 2018 to 2021.
“Representing all facets of technology, the winners have shown they not only have the vision but can also expertly manage their companies through rapid growth,” said Christie Simons, partner, Deloitte & Touche LLP and industry leader for technology, media and telecommunications within Deloitte’s audit and assurance practice. “We congratulate each winner on their impressive achievements.”

A no brainer would be the success of the action brought against the CEO and the company that made and acquiesced in the continuation of this and the many such statements if they knew or believed them to be untrue or had in their possession material that made it negligent for such statements to be made and maintained.Hi FF.
I know you have been quite strong with your opinion on how much weight an ASX announcement such as Ford being an EAP and if they were no longer an EAP, we would need to be advised if Ford were no longer an EAP through another Price sensitive announcement. Otherwise, it would be considered deception by Brainchip and potentially legal action could be taken against them. Forgive me if I have put words in your mouth but I recall you saying something to that effect.
In saying that, a statement such as “(Akida) WILL be the computational foundation of smart sensing in all edge devices.” is extremely strong in it's language and I assume, extremely intentional. How much weight do statements like this hold? If we do not become the foundation (or things change and it looks like we won't be), is there any grounds for legal action? If they do not believe we will become this foundation at some point, should they be advising the change of their opinion? Because based on that statement, investing in Brainchip is a (pardon the pun) no brainer!
Nice find FF, thank you for sharing. And this is what HPE says about the EDGE:
Your edge, your future [3 min read time]
Building the intelligent edge calls for intelligent choices. Make better business decisions by architecting and deploying edge systems enabled by AI & ML that take action in real-time.paths.ext.hpe.com
I have just read it on my phone but ideally you need to open it on a laptop or PC to make it easy. It is worth the trouble.
