BRN Discussion Ongoing

I'm Spartacus!
“Duy-Loan’s phenomenal depth as a technologist, executive, and board member in the semiconductor industry are assets we will leverage with her as an active BrainChip board member,” said BrainChip board chair, Antonio J. Viana. “Her deep technical acumen, shrewd financial focus, and strategic ecosystem influence will support and catalyse our commercial growth.”

“We are at a point of transition in the semiconductor industry as edge computing has pushed for new, more efficient techniques and hardware,” said Duy-Loan Le. “BrainChip has a differentiated and commercially viable IP product that can transform edge computing at-large. I’m excited about and committed to my role as a board director.”

Very happy with this strategic appointment and no less for the fact that it will bring more gender balance to the board, as promised by Antonio at the last AGM. No one could doubt her relevant experience and likely network of key players in authoritative key positions within other companies of interest to us. Well done Mr Chairman. 😊

On a more transient note there was a nice line wipe earlier this morning at 63 which vaporised a million or so block which hopefully wet someones pants. 🤣🤣

Our company has just "attracted" yet another top executive.
As has already been commented on, veterans don't re-emerge from their comfortable lives to join a dud of a company.

If you take the time to research all of our recent appointments, there is a common theme.
ALL mature aged, ALL have contributed to the technology sector within major tier 1 companies, ALL receiving way less than they are worth.

Why?

The inside running that Brainchip has through ALL of these appointments is massive, in terms of opening up doors that would possibly never
open up, or more to the point, saving maybe 1/3 years at least by being "in the know" with how potential major corporations operate within.

The "who you know" will end up short-circuiting our timeline to market, which in turn will save the company, possibly millions in lost revenue,
so, whatever our Board get paid, we are getting a great deal, no moaning please.

There is a Vietnamese connection, no need to say anymore.

Love Brainchip (fact) :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::rolleyes:

I must be getting old. I got tired just reading this remarkable individuals accolades.
Why did she choose to join the Board of MF's 6th best pick of the last 10 years.
Makes absolutely no sense unless MF has been wrong all this time.
Surely not.🤣😇

I might be naive but the willingness of esteemed industry participants to join our board must bode well for the future of BRN. These people would have an inside forensic assessment of the technology and choose to be involved - and it's not for instant wealth but for what promises to occur in the future.
I hope I'm reading this right......

Hi @Frank Zappa
When the share price does not reflect the strength of BRN I feel like an ogre saying this but Brainchip uses Boardroom a company service provider to manage its registry and provide its registered office and company secretarial support.

The registered office address has changed because Boardroom moved to a new address which in consequence changed the registered office address of BRN and multiple other companies who use Boardroom for the same purpose.

It is a neutral neither good or bad news.

My opinion only DYOR

Well this looks like a very solid addition the BRN. They definately are working at bringing in a strong team for accelerated growth for the future nothing much changed with the 4c Other then some frustrated holders sold it's there right and the shorters took advantage of this further scaring more holders. IMO

Values will be all over the place I know so it's hard to play a junior hence why some like blue chip stocks more stable less volatile.

I'm happy with the progress on the company growth track.

Not happy with share price. Lol

On the fence c4 revenue as we know it's not consistent. And payments ore not really clear yet. Dissapointed yeah but we were not going to be flowing significant cash either.

I look at it in 3 ways one can either add shares, buy for the first time, or sell and forget about it. IMO.

Personally I wish I had more free cash to buy some share lol in my opinion.

Howdy All,

Here's something extremely interesting that I don't think has been posted yet. I'll preface this by saying the IFS Accelerator ecosystem features partner companies across three pillars of the program and they are:
  • EDA Alliance: Ansys, Cadence, Siemens EDA, Synopsys
  • IP Alliance: Alphawave, Analog Bits, Andes, Arm, Cadence, eMemory, M31, SiFive, Silicon Creations, Synopsys, Vidatronic
  • Design Services Alliance: Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Wipro

OK, so between you me and the lamp-post, I'm officially EXCITED about this!!!!! Nils Shanz, who was responsible for user interaction and voice control at Mercedes and who also worked on the Vision EQXX voice control system (which is five to ten times MORE EFFICIENT than conventional voice control systems thanks to BrainChip's AKIDA), has been appointed Chief Product Officer at Cerence!!!!!
