Did you miss the "majorUSautomanufacturergate"?Lots of neg sentiment of late, nothing coming from the company, and some posters on here starting to get worried/concerned.
i flicked an email out to the company asking a few things:
I understand the NDA's, but there has to be a way to get information to the public and shareholders rather than just releasing updates on the website and newsletters, surely a non-price sensitive announcement without disclosing the name of the party at a minimum...?
I also make comment on the last quarterly activities report was given very little attention - it looked like it was typed up in 10 minutes- again this is incredibly frustrating.
Finally, there was a comment made on a podcast i think, that come the end of the year 'revenue growth would exceed cost growth'. i think some are interpreting as revenue would exceed costs, but am i right in saying that the actual statement is more correct - ie revenue growth is at 100K per quarter, but costs only growing at 20K per quarter.
Hi Tech, thanks or the update but I have a concern re Simon Thorpe's response seen as he isn't involved with directly with Brainchip(SAB) and that is this from him ""I’ve got a few collaborations going that are exploring using off the shelf hardware (Mac M1 or M2 chips, or Nvidia chips) for doing what I call Terabrain simulations - billions of neurons and trillions of connections. The key is have have ultra sparse activity and ultra sparse connectivity using exclusively 1 bit connections. Very fast, very cheap, and very low power."Good morning,
I did try to get some new information on the Akida 2000 development from Peter, I did ask Anil if he was happy with the progress that was being made, I did mention that I was going to email Simon Thorpe, which I did last night and have received a nice reply overnight, which I'll share these few points.
Yes, Simon is still convinced that Spiking Neural Networks are the future !
Yes, Simon still holds a small number of shares in Brainchip.

"It’s coming on nicely, and I hope to have stuff to publish before long. And I’m working on the book that I promised Oxford University Press 40 years ago (!) - "The Intelligent Neuron."
"The ideas could certainly be used in custom hardware (ASICs etc)"
I'm a communicator, I pride myself on it, will are all blessed with this, it's born in us, but sadly, many people go through life without using
this gift to it's fullest, or only speaking with a cut tongue....the company has always been a little up and down in the communications
department, but at least I try for everyone's benefit, we are a family, aren't we ?
Love Brainchip...............Tech x
Positive share price changing news could drop at anytime. In fact, the longer we go without news, the closer we get to news.
I’ve joined the up coming zoom webinar on the 24th. At 11am American/Canadian pacific time .A Wednesday. I am hopeful that they may say something over that time period of the webinar or I will be asking why they bother to have it .Positive share price changing news could drop at anytime. For some people yes, but not me.There is much more valuable use of time then staring at a minute chart wandering who is buying and selling...
Oh dear....To all those that think that we have problems, go and have a look at was is playing out at 4DS of late
RipOh dear....
Win some, lose some lol
It's a pretty terrible scenario for 4DS holders. Ones loss is another's gain though. Some considered 4DS to be serious competition for Weebit which I am heavily invested in. This should benefit WBT immensely.Oh dear....
Win some, lose some lol
Wow 60% down, did the results not come back good or something?Oh dear....
Win some, lose some lol
It's complicated but essentially, the chip doesn't work.Wow 60% down, did the results not come back good or something?
The chip failed after further testing.Wow 60% down, did the results not come back good or something?

How does this benefit the company when the likes of Mr Thorpe is out developing potential competition? Am I seeing too far into this? thanks
Gidday over in NZ...you raise a very interesting point, a number of shareholders hold Simon in very high regard, and so this little bit of news
was in all honesty for those concerned...Simon was on the SAB but things got a little complicated internally, so he moved on...now I am
aware of how he would like to be still involved or engaged with the company, but the truth is that, Peter and Anil are running this ship from
a technical standpoint and the reason that I posted this information was that certain someone's do read these posts from time to time and they may which to re-engage or at least inquire in to what Simon is working on, that is purely my own opinion.
We ALL KNOW that we wish to see most, if not, ALL "early access partners" sign up to our IP....they must be sold on the technology by now,
I personally don't understand why they appear, from the outside, not wanting to 100% fully commit just yet.
Are they waiting on the next version of Akida, are they haggling over the contractual figures ?
P.S. I did suggest that an update on AKD 2000 would be better received coming directly from the founder himself, rather than the CEO, and
again, that's my personal preference, as would be a lot of shareholders in my honest opinion, no disrespect to Sean though.
Have a great afternoon........Cheers Tech
Thanks for the reply Tech. How about getting on the "Bat phone, or Bat email" to inform the individual you think may read your post, then guaranteed info is passed on. thanksGidday over in NZ...you raise a very interesting point, a number of shareholders hold Simon in very high regard, and so this little bit of news
