I'd have thought under Stock under Investor Relations.
Didn’t he say last time nothing can be done until America comes online?

And removed quite a few retail holders at the same time
Most likely scenario ......... they had no other alternative but to fight back at all costs given yesterday's upward surge in the s/price ......or otherwise they were going to get burnt to a crisp.

Yep it was a bad day SP wise, but we all get that you have to be prepared to take the good with the bad.

Am I going to sell on the basis of one bad day, no way….not yet, (and I’ve got more money tied up in BRN I’ve ever had in any stock ever, so I have plenty of skin in this game)

But there’s something which has bugged me, so I’ll put it out there ….and that is the disconnect IMO between the CFO interview early in the year where it was mentioned, the company was aware of sp manipulators ,warning they would ‘learn a hard lesson’. Then the CEOs more recent glib commentary when asked about SP, …oh ‘the share price will do what the share price does’

That to me is either a disconnect or a change of direction, why?

As I said it’s an opinion but Interested in getting others thoughts on this

Nothing changes if nothing changes
Big difference when a stock is been artificial held down by illegal coordinated short campaigns and trading bots. It stifles organic growth. Though the company only has itself to blame here imo, as they do sweet FA to invigorate investors. Podcasts and LinkedIn posts don’t stimulate a SP, revenue and evidence of further commercialisation does:

I want to know:

- What revenue they are expecting in the coming 4 quarters based on current contracts?
- How many companies remain in the EAP (which started more than 2 years ago)?
- How many started out for that matter (specifically, not just a couple of dozen)?
- How far progressed are they into their testing?
- What is the industry distribution amongst these participants?
- Who are the current top 20 holders?

2022 was promised to me a huge year for Brainchip, but let’s be honest - it’s been piss poor. Other than Mercedes (which I believe was last year) we’ve heard nothing. Revenue is still shit. Shareholder engagement is shocking. I understand we have NDA, but imo the above information would’nt breach anything. Hell, I’ve heard more from Mercedes directly than I’ve heard from the company which I have loyally supported for the past few years.

My patience is running thin.
I understand your frustration I’ve been a shareholder of BRN for a few years now…. but you do realise the minute you sell, the share price will explode, that’s just our karma. Chin up mate it will all be ok. I posted in march stating we will be back up in the 1.80s in September, purely speculation but I’m always fairly accurate. Time will tell

Wow!

Lots of people are busy letting off steam today. Bit like the share price lol

Id prefer the bagging of management, re not informing, keeping information to themselves, and not helping the SP.... blah blah to stop

IMO
They are doing everything they can to build the business.
Commercialisation requires relationship with your customers.
Management are doing exactly what they believe is required to build these relationships and the business.
Their success is our success, it’s not mutually exclusive. It would be obvious that they are attempting to add value in every decision they make.

They do have more information at their disposal than we do (so they should).
Is it possible, that this additional information is potentially why they have released only what they have, to date?
It could be the reason why they are not offering more?
By releasing more they may erode the work they have done towards brand knowledge and our 6 increadibly HUGE partnerships.

I for one am delighted with the progress in the last 6 months post Sean and Jerome's engagement.
Things are moving and I accept that BRN exec are in a better position to not only know what is best for Brainchip but trust they will also make the right decision at every point in time going forward.

Reminds me of the marshmallow study
I’m glad the BRN board are holding off the temptation to deliver what you are all asking from them now. The bigger picture is more than double the opportunity for growth going forward. They see that and are determine to deliver.
I can only imagine the amount of fortitude they are having to dig up within themselves to keep them from blurting out something they already know about our progress and partnerships.

Let them do their job and let your patience be rewarded when the time is right
Good post.😎

You’re one of the posters the posters whos opinions I’ve valued for a couple of years now, so dont take this the wrong way. I don’t see any positives whatsoever about today.
- My net worth stunk by more than $50k
- Many retail investors would have been spooked out of what may well be a life changing investment
- Institutions very likely gained some more voting power
- and the one that pisses me off the most it that shorters got a breath of air.

Today was a shit day.
I think we can all agree that it wasn't a good day, but we are up more than 30% on where we were a couple of weeks ago.

I find it's useful to read about our new partnerships as well as the longer established partnerships.

For example, SiFive have set out to supplant ARM using RISC-V, ARM being committed to RISC-IV. Before the SiFive/BRN partnership, SiFive's best processor was rated as equivalent to a 2 year old ARM processor. Then along came the BRN/SiFive partnership. As I said at the time, I have no doubt but that this combination has the potential to significantly improve the SiFive processor's performance to equal or surpass current ARM processors, leaving ARM with little option other than to hook-up with BRN.

And then we saw the ARM/BRN partnership and ARM adopting RISC-V.

The beauty of this situation is that we have a bet on each horse.

Stupid question. If/when there is a nasdaq listing. How does that affect asx prices? Unless I’m just to green (not the one we missed today) then German prices for example move differently to ASX so each market has its own BRN price? Or am I complete missing something?

Most likely BRN will range trade between 80c and $1.35 in the next couple of months unless there are some price-sensitive announcements.

I bought in when it was known as AZK and in the first couple of years bought the amount that I still hold, average price of .15 cents but I have had to endure watching it go down to .03 cents and I couldn't afford to buy any more.
I'm a retired disability worker and live a very frugal life. I've paid off my home with my super so BRN is what will support me as I age, (64 on Sunday)
It's not a faultless plan but it's my plan and I'm happy with the journey.
I wish you all a great weekend.
You could get one of those SKI loans on your home and invest in BRN.

Have been on the same journey @Sosimple .... I think the future of BRN is absolutely Mammoth, we will have our ups and downs but eventually we will come through with absolute dominance, I think the actions on the market today were totally unexpected so that's why it has hit everyone very hard, as I say quite often 'it is what it is' nothing has changed for me and sit tight all because Brainchip is a life changer, onwards and upwards Chippers. Happy 64th Birthday for Sunday ..... Cheers 🍾🥂 Have a great weekend all

Totally agree with you . We do have questions to ask. If there is an NDA in place atleast a forecast of the revenue. We as shareholder bought the share so that compnay can grow and do what need to do. But we shareholders deserve to be told and keep on top of the things. Aĺl these genuine questions you mentioned, company should answer otherwise shareholders will start to lose faith and patience. Like they way you and me are feeling but dont normally say anything because some here would call you a downramper or sell and move on. I dont want to sell but if things dont get answered then one day that will happen too. Dont need anyones opinion on selling wise enough to decide. It is getting really frustrating with all those promises and no actions . Apologies if offended anyone but that how few of us feel.
