There's actually 2 Nvisos from memory but could be wrong.

I went briefly into the Belgian rabbit hole awhile ago and realised they are cyber security independent, from initial check, to Nviso emotion AI.

Interesting & considering the Belggie's navy is probably smaller than the Kiwis

IMO,..... a hostile T/O will never happen ...... Any new entity will fundamentally imo need Peter and Anil to be on board, not only for now but for the future technology they are cureently working on such as Cortical Columns and by now most likely something else from totally left field that only Peter and Anil and the research centre may have stumbled across.

My opinion only. But I think they manoeuvring for a listing on the Nasdaq.

When looking at the rules in relation to Corporate Governance (5605b) and Audit Comittee you need a majority of independent directors. See below.
