Despite MAGA and the extended cronies out there, they failed to take ownership of Manono.
Congrats everyone for holding tight.
The spamming accounts here and the extensive BS twitter activity is a sign they have been defeated. Now their narcissistic nature will flourish trying to justify anything they can.

Water tight NDA in place obviously, no price leaks.. But appears a deal is done and we know next week.

I wonder what trolls get up to on a Friday night. :unsure:
It'll be pretty sad if it turns out that they hang out on this barren thread deleting shit! 🧐

Next week? :eek::eek::eek::eek:

Edit: I'm guessing you may be getting expectation for next week from the anticipated date for the peace deal and minerals deal to be signed.

Peace agreement is expected to be signed on the week of June 15. June 15 is a Sunday and the US regards Sunday as the first day of the week. So I am interpreting this to mean that the expected date of signing to be within 15-21 June.
Just going a little further with that if the peace deal is signed say on the 16th then the Kobold/AVZ deal goes live pretty much immediately ie announced to the market on the 20th. Given AVZ is a public company ( albeit unlisted ) it will be required for shareholders to vote on the disposal of our principal asset. 75 % of the vote is required to pass the resolution and as far as iam aware AVZ have to give 21 days notice for an EGM to vote on the resolution ( sale agreement)
If that is the case why was the ICSID only suspended to 23 June ??

So we can immediately suspend the imminent ICSID arbitration case for another month.

Sorry it's Friday joke day.

Haha yeah i would have thought after the rolling suspensions after we were first suspended from asx and the never ending due diligence of the Locke deal the last thing Nigel would have wanted was to start rolling over the ICSID suspension. Maybe iam missing something here ?

@j.l

I’m watching him have a complete meltdown in his posts on X over the past few weeks.

We’re all "classless bogans" according to the messiah, who continually repeats what he sees as his moment of glory, after getting completely fucked over by Santa Klaus.

AND, he’s now back as tendoji on the crapper, whispering to the classless bogans on there too.

Thank fuck he’s no longer here, unless he’s the prick deleting all our posts.

Lets see what happens to this one
Yeah that little bitch tendoji has completely lost the plot over on the crapper. He just doesnt understand that 99.9 % of the punters over there dont even read his dribble. He does always get one vote though and we all know who that tool is.
Basically tendjodi...shane...der geist or whomever he decides to call himself is just a lost and lonely man with a lot of bitterness he cant get past. Him and lost lenny need to get a room and have a good cry

According to my search, don't think AVZ has to pass the vote by shareholders
1. As a delisted company, it does not need to follow ASX rule
2. It's not mandatory as per ASIC rule or Corporate Law. Largely based on avz constitue or governance rules
3. AVZ 2019 constitute removed the clause. And don't believe Governance rule has mentioned it. Please refer to Avz website.

Of course AVZ Bod can call the EGM.

I am not sure whether it is 75% or a simple majority will do, if EGM does happen

Ok thanks mate. Given the ICSID suspension date of 23rd that definately makes sense. Exciting couple weeks for sure

That Shane is a piece of work I heard he hags out with Carrotdick and they dress up in ladies panties.
You don't even want to know what they get up to after that.

Good pick up. Interesting language.

Partial claim settlement could mean a percentage of the $10b USD claim as you say. I would think it could also mean part of the claim settled now with part to be settled later (ongoing royalty?). Obviously we do not know the details yet, but interesting pick up for sure.
Not really, that long winded article is similar to many others recently and the partial claim settlement probably relates to the €39 million as Xerof said.
It's really just more of the same but they've stretched out the word count to make their article look unique compared to all the others.
It's old news.

I heard a rumour that Shane is friendly with Michael Carrick and they dress each other up in ladies panties.

The reports of a partial settlement in the articles mentioned refer to the compensation for the northern part of our tenement (which was illegally given to the Cominiere and Zijin JV) and so should be referred to in billions of dollars.

It had nothing to do with the €39 million which is the partial sum the ICSID ordered Cominiere to pay AVZ in penalties. Genuine shareholders know this, and the only reason I’m posting this is to see how long until my post is wiped

If the whole deal blows up, we can imminently proceed with the icsid. Or put new pressure on the parties. Seems like a reasonable approach to me to suspend just for the minimum time frame.
