He has previously said he is trying to temper SH expectations to realistic numbers, my thing is why not let people decide themselves what they believe fair value, top 20 are the ones with most power anyway, the only other reason I can imagine is some people don't want the bod to feel pressured and potentially miss out on doing a deal, which I can't see happening, bod know what they're doing and have been through the shit, they'll be wanting best price they can get. Don't get having a go at people's price expectations
Talking about understanding country risk and him having huge shares makes him smart. Brah… if anything you’re a dumbarse for investing so much into this fucking thing

Let’s not forget — Jens bought in very early. Even a lowball offer gives him a massive return. So when he gets agitated at people quoting $1.35 or pushing for $6B+, it’s not about “keeping expectations realistic.” It’s because he’s already made it — and the rest of us are still waiting.
But here’s the part that matters: I reckon he knows he went too hard with the public cheerleading. If this ends in a stitch-up deal, the late-entry money — which piled in largely off the back of that confidence — isn’t just going to take the hit. Legal action is already being discussed, and if it happens, don’t be surprised if Jens gets dragged into it.
He’s not lowering expectations to protect the board. He’s protecting himself. Watch closely.

I don’t think that’s quite right — but Jens is on public record saying he holds 8 million shares.
He definitely advised people not to accept lowball off-market offers, including those from Fat Tail. Back then, it was all about the strength of the ICSID/ICC cases and the promise of much greater value if we held firm.
But in hindsight, you’ve got to ask: was that advice genuinely about protecting fellow shareholders — or just frustration that he couldn’t access those offers himself?
What I find harder to rationalise is him now lecturing others to stay quiet on social media — when he’s been one of the loudest voices for years. And his ongoing decision to get into public scraps with that Shane nutter? Honestly, it’s not a great look.
