I am actually hoping one doesn't get announced until everything is sorted end of June... the only reason to announce now would be to try to entertain other offers. If he is keeping it quiet waiting for all the milestones, I am hopeful the deal is so favourable he doesnt want to risk offsetting anything and is just waiting for the last domino and its all sealed up so he can announce it to SH and show us all just what his idea of fair value is... given how enthusiastic he has historically been if he changes his tune, yeah we will be out for blood.

I am strung out for some avz news!! Someone just make something up!

China has announced a ban on all brown bag transactions and this applies retrospectively, including the ones handed over to DRC officials.

In addition as a sign of good faith, the Chinese government will compensate AVZ for the loss of earnings and cancellation of the mining decree. The compensation figure announced is $20 trillion which will be deposited into AVZ‘s bank account by COB Monday 2nd June 2025.

In other news, DRC officials including the President and his cabinet have admitted guilt for all corrupt activities and as a show of good faith and in the interests of the AVZ and DRC partnership, the DRC government has handed all mining rights for the country’s entire lithium deposit to AVZ.

My made up news: I think its a liability strategy and they are scared because the lithium arm is going to get fisted in the court cases if the Kobold AVZ deal doesn't go through.

He has previously said he is trying to temper SH expectations to realistic numbers, my thing is why not let people decide themselves what they believe fair value, top 20 are the ones with most power anyway, the only other reason I can imagine is some people don't want the bod to feel pressured and potentially miss out on doing a deal, which I can't see happening, bod know what they're doing and have been through the shit, they'll be wanting best price they can get. Don't get having a go at people's price expectations

But here’s the part that matters: I reckon he knows he went too hard with the public cheerleading. If this ends in a stitch-up deal, the late-entry money — which piled in largely off the back of that confidence — isn’t just going to take the hit. Legal action is already being discussed, and if it happens, don’t be surprised if Jens gets dragged into it.

He’s not lowering expectations to protect the board. He’s protecting himself. Watch closely.

Whatever Jen's is/was preaching doesn't mean sh1t . He's probably more concerned about AVZ $$ being frozen . As many of us may well be . If that could indeed be a possibility?

@Azzler frustrating that posts are selectively removed, yes. But leaving TSE is exactly what our combatants likely want. For the last couple years TSE has been a genuine hub for constructive input and information sharing, as opposed to the HC cesspit. Unless there's a suggested private group outside of both that someone can suggest, leaving TSE further divides us from those with regular and great input that has kept sh together for so long now.

I can deal with a couple months of more bullshit until we (fingers crossed) see a resolution, and then gtfo this place for good.
