I have it on good authority that the dropping of ICC/ICSID cases has been designated as the very "last" item to be executed in the series of events to complete the Manono transaction

And this specifically only occurs "after" proceed funds have been distributed to all AVZ shareholders and the booking of my holiday to Abruzzo, Umbria and Puglia is completed and flights and accommodation confirmed......

Once money hits our Australian bank account only then should we drop cases.... as even when money is in escrow on a completed transaction, it still seems problematic for us.

Unless trump wants to dig up Manono with his own tools, he's going to need a legitimate mining firm involved. Those firms are beholden to ICSID decisions.

It's probably just responses related to the procedural matters. Maybe DRC requested certain things not transpire or arguing some crap delay tactics and AVZ has the opportunity to respond to these requests.

Sounds like DRC has said there is no jurisdiction to be hearing the case in international court. I think remember that from last time.

What are observations?

I asked Copilot what that means in simple terms. The answer is shown below, and noting that my understanding is that AVZ is the claimant.

Also no one is putting that much effort into creating a website for a lowball valuation unless they're being paid to do it.
So our new low-ball anchor price has moved from 0.60c (from the random journalist) to $1.35 from some random git who i speculate is being paid to try and set low expectation. Keep doubling it a few more times and we'll start getting somewhere.

Agreed.

The emergence of late of seemingly authentic low-ball valuations feels more than coincidential but rather a coordinated softening-up exercise.

I am not ready to start dreaming just yet. There is part of me that believes the names being thrown around will pay fair value, factoring in a premium for DRC saving face (by waiving legal disputes/damages and fostering a positive outlook on Africa Investments), the future earning potential as we enter the upswing of the lithium cycle (~3-5 years to build a mine and ramp up production will place this likely right at peak cycle to sell material), the future exploration value (we haven't drilled out much of the resource because its at surface and many many decades of supply), the sheer size of project and its strategic importance breaking China deathgrip (locally in africa and global supply chain).... you start adding up all these factors, I just feel any low ball offer, we gotta keep going with courts and debt fund the project as much as possible over giving up equity for a sliver of potential value.

I have held out this long, lets roll the dice.
