There has been some talk of DRC waiving it but that seems extremely unlikely given the constant accusations of speculation over the years and even if we sell through GLH (unlikely because of Dathcom shares being tied to AVZI under affiliated company rules in Dathcom JVA) or AVZI there will still be company tax payable to either Singapore or Australia imo

Even at 0.67 there will be so many shareholders that suffer a loss. Sure a royalty could nullify that over time but Omni Bridgeway would be licking their lips if Cominiere and Dathomir cases aren't in one way or another resolved showing complete legal vindication for the bod. If this level of offer makes it to a vote then management would have to be confident that it is the absolute best they can do even if that means them facing a class action from holders who bought at a higher price with at what best can be described as incomplete information imo
This sounds like a strategically leaked low ball offer with “AVZ board entertaining” spin as an added bonus. Buttering up shareholders to accept a slightly less bad offer of 75c and make out like it’s a great deal after getting shareholders to sit through the 5 stages of grief for the shit 67c offer. Just as the losing hope stage kicks in they’ll get for the throat of the 21k mum and dad investors and try to steal this with low ball crap offers.
