Whilst I appreciate any update your email is fluff. The fact is that the BoD have been ( or should have been ) out trying to get the best deal for the last 2 years already. And for the last 2 years they have not divulged their whereabouts.
Trying to sell the mine to highest bidder? Dont need to be Einstein to work that one out.

That's not an offer, that's a demand. The DRC are in no position to make demands and they know it. Potentially AVZ could have offered this outcome, but it would be unlikely to be DRC driven.

That said, as much as I'd love to see all involved in the corruption arrested and Felix the impotent's head on a pike, that doesn't get the $$$ in my pocket, so whatever it takes to get the deal done is fine my me (legally and justly of course, I'm not that much of a savage).

Except the individuals on their side are absolutely in a position to make demands, you forget these people are happy to skim from the top and let the country pay for the consequences.

Of course Nigel likely would have proposed providing the ML in conjunction with a sale, but that might have been completely stonewalled until now, where they have for the first time been open to the proposition. Entirely because of CATH involvement and having to face the music in June.

All I know is I wouldn't get your hopes up for any arrests or accountability when we get out of this.

Then we heard later that nigel was in the US. The feeling I get is they're trying to sell the mine to the highest bidder.

Come on Geo.... spill the beans please, what is the best current offer on the table in AUD per share?? has to be north of $2 as it stands surely.
