Well I would say you covered that issue with senseAmerica has done little thus far in DRC to erode China's hold on critical mineral channels, and in the last few years hasn't stepped in to support AVZ in its battle. Why would they now? Even if this deal does go ahead, which I doubt, America is supposedly to be offered to opportunities to exploit and export minerals. Why would they aid a Chinese-backed and Chinese-partnered company like AVZ, whose critical mineral offtakes are all headed to China? How does that help them gain control of the flow of these resources?
I guess there is some potential that they could swoop in and prevent our need to partner up with CATH, to somehow support the Americans instead and partner up to send our uncontracted offtakes back to the states, but we're just a little fish in a big pond. They don't need us, and I'd be careful what we wish for. Also, I have strong doubts over what will come out of this DRC-US partnership offer in any case, given US failures in the past to counteract China in the DRC and its current unwillingness to get involved in external conflicts

I would have thought if we win in Court it will be too late for any negotiations, a ruling will have been made and that's that.82 days to go.. tik tok..
I am going to make an completely baseless assumption we are not going to enter any serious negotiation until we beat this thing in court.
Then they will come to the table and hope we drop everything for scraps.
Please dont
Deboss is the modern day Confucius. Emphasis on the confuse part.

I can scroll back every month and find an equivalent quote saying 'Be patient and good things will come'
Man is a fun advocate for shareholders, but I wouldn't infer anything from his AI style, slop-posting between every second softcore p*rn photo.
A ruling is much much much further away than 82 days, thats just when the trial starts.... Right?I would have thought if we win in Court it will be too late for any negotiations, a ruling will have been made and that's that.
I hope it's not just a giant "winkfest".....
I never commented on whether he communicates with Nigel, I have no doubt he does."The Company advises the appointment of Mr Yianni (John) Demetre as an advisor to the Company, who will assist the Company’s board of directors ."
Do you think Deboss communicates with Nigel ?
