Make an educated guess as to how long we have left until the money runs out without funds being acquired. It's a listing rule for a reason. I said just before the AGM last year that I thought we had enough money until Octoberish based on then burn rate minus the fact that drilling had concluded and I reckon I'm still on the money.

Ahhh the millions we spent on that last bit of drilling…..don’t get me started on that ffs

We should get a decision by the ICC on the liquidation of Cominiere's fines relatively soon. The arbiters are clearly sick of their shit based on trend of decisions so far and today's announcement. Problem is Cominiere won't pay. But that will influence future decisions and flow into the ICSID case. It's obvious that it will take years for us to get anything out of this without a negotiated outcome. The DRC are very keen on having 'diverse' partners for this project. And they're willing to play the long game to get it imo

Here's one from June 25th . Just tack it onto the end of today's announcement for a cherry high .

"AVZ has re-established a strong line of communication with the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo following the recent Presidential election. We are optimistic that a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) can be agreed between the relevant parties in a timely manner." 25/06/24
