AVZ Discussion 2022

So he saying Felix fked us over?
Idk, I interpreted as Felix was Pro AVZ, but various people/advisors made decisions without him and in contrary to his vision and the various ministries signed off on it

It fucking kills me that Zijin are just doing stuff on the tenement with impunity. FFS does anyone in authority in the DRC have the capacity and will to step in and put a stop to the illegal activity???.. Fuck me!🙄
We have legal title over the tenement, so why are we letting zinjin? I think is the real question. Of course I’ll get the hit brigade here shouting me down. But why if our legal title is so good. Are we not securing the tenement? How is this not top of our list? A nice shareholder announcement “we have secured our tenement with contracted security and ensured all entities other than AVZ are expelled from what is legally ours”. But of course this would require 2 things.
1. Actual good legal title (looking less good and less legal now)
2. A CEO and BOD interested in working for their money.
I don’t see either, but maybe that’s because the guys have gone quiet. (Cue the hopium addicts screaming “I have faith” “ there are things going on behind the scenes”

Felix or his government haven't even mentioned AVZ since he introduced us as a member of the DRC battery council in November 2021 two and a half years ago.
Meanwhile the Chinese progress the stolen tenement despite stop work orders and costly arbitrations.
Seems to me that the Chinese have either got Felix by the balls or by the hip pocket and likely both.

perhaps they've been advised that having security guards on the boundary with guns isn't such a pragmatic approach... we don't know that they haven't been advised against this... things escalate with jijin with guns in hand... well the ML will be the least of our issues potentially then...

Felix is a Chinese Puppet . China wants Lithium . Felix f--ks AVZ . His Ministers are just the layer of bull sh1t he is using to distance himself from the situation . Ever heard Felix say the words AVZ Minerals ?Nigel was obviously getting some good vibes in the early days . It's called being hood winked . Even Nigel with more than 20 years experience in the corrupted cesspit sh1t hole of Africa was unable to detect it . Felix was sweeping clean . The DRC was heading into a brand new era of rainbows and lollipops . Lets just hope the Yanks give a f--k about who controls the world Lithium market for the next 50 years . Giddy Up . IMO

Agree. But you’re assuming that it would elevate to a gunfight. Good security would simply secure the site using fencing and maintain a regular patrol. If shots are fired while securing something that is legally ours against a corrupt Chinese company. I say fire away!

With Zijin movements on our tenement surely there is some mechanism that we can apply to ICSID and ICC to give them an update of what is actually happening. An “interim order update” or similar so that ICSID and ICC can give an official warning to all involved of repercussions if orders are continually ignored.
Having to wait for timeline and hearing dates only exacerbates the situation.

Fingers crossed for some good news soon.

We have pushed emergency arbitration in a timely manner through ICC before. Not sure why they not doing so again.

Shorts dropping always positive. Makes me very curious though that it was such a big drop so suddenly.... Was it just one big shorter closing out? And does shortman actually continue to receive reliable shorts info if the company isn't publicly traded anymore?

At least though this looks like an actual drop and not just one of the weird blips they sometimes get on the graph.

What’s curious is the venom still coming from our detractors over on the other site, Cleary they aren’t shorters otherwise you’d just cover and move on? The fact they are spending days on end down ramping is still a positive sign for me. Very quiet from an info perspective currently

Shorts dropping means they're closing out

They win and are happy

Those selling to them are probably getting fuck all for their shares and totally reamed and providing the shorters with the escape hatch

Personally I'd prefer it if no-one was selling to the shorters and they couldn't close their positions to eventually get absolutely fucked if/when AVZ comes good and the price puts the shorters well out of the money

But hey.....that's just a little dream I have that I still hope comes true

Yeah I know, but we keep talking about shorterS plural. Did they all coordinate to close at the same time? Or is that whole chunk of shorting show there was a single major player involved?

Shorts closing is not a good sign here. They got the best price ever to close out...what to wait for.

Tshisekedi goes to China May 23 and comes away with nothing. Zinjin pay 70 mill and increases activity in the north. They would be doing that without assurances from the highest level that the army won’t prevent them.
