Because of the latest CAMI news in the past few days, my opinion is that the north is past for us. In an MoU, that will be publishes in the coming week, we will see, that we are a big part of the south area and get the ML for that. The condition for that are, to waive of the north, and to stop the ICC cases in Paris.
I share the opinion from Beisha. We have lost a big part of the project, but we haven't let everything. The south has enough resources for us to become a miner in the DRC. in the early December wi will trade again.

Its all my opinion, but it is not to unlikely.

I think BoD should fight for what's right, even though I'm desperate to access my funds, very desperate, it's not right to just give up and accept what would amount to be an unbelieveable theft, valued in the BILLIONS!
I believe they will, I believe they are holding ace cards with the ICSID as a wild card.
The enemy is playing for time.

There's a move about to play out and I think it's going to be the MMGA crew offering a way out and back to trading with a licence for the south and dropping all cases. If the AVZ BoD decide to reject this deal and insist on legal process to establish our rights... well that might be a hard sell to shareholders after this lengthy suspension.
All the bad actors will be going hard telling everyone that AVZ will get nothing but years and years of litigation and unlikely to ever get a payout.

That verses a ML for a MASSIVE pegmatite of high grade lithium?
If that ends up being the ultimatum at the AGM, then the MMGA guys are probably going to win.

I assume this is the plan, because if those guys are offering nothing but words about a reset ? No one is voting for them.
But if they're offering a way out with a ML for the south and back to trading? I think they will have a slam dunk.

If that's how this is to play out, Nigel would have to concede.
Even if we are indeed holding all the cards to restore our rights, with all the frightening messages they'll be throwing out, well I can't see enough shareholders holding strong.

I try to remind myself at the end of the day that it's just business.

If we only get the south in the end, you know what I don't give a fuck really, whatever. It's still incredible value.
I got no say in how it turns out anyway.
And I just want out of this unbelieveably ridiculous situation and the shithole that is the DRC.
I feel so terrible for the people that live there under such massive corruption.

Felix's is still an unknown, he may end up being true to his word on anti-corruption, but then again maybe not. After all how does a system of corrupt filth let someone promoting anti-corruption rise to be president?

Where’s our big AVZ Chinese holders in this and why so silent?

Motormouth CKK’s been running around like a lunatic for years now seemingly with a license to do whatever the fuck he wants illegally, corruptly, holding up the project for years, apparently untouchable by the law in the DRC for all the world to see, promoted & recently claiming AVZ / Dathcom are out.

To my knowledge we’ve heard nothing from the top 4 or 5 Chinese AVZ holders like Huayou, Yibin etc with a combined $billion or so in equity on the last traded price taken from them & potentially reduced to zero.

Would they not up in arms, throwing their weight & influence around & on the war path if this really was the case?

A big thanks to the massive effort, time & contributions many people put in here.

I haven't chimed in for a few weeks, but I can confirm the following:

1. The various social media accounts on X/Twitter are doing a great job spreading propaganda so convincing that some of you loyal positive posters are now doubting yourselves.
2. The CAMI portal cadastre site is not to be taken seriously, the idiot doing changes in backend of the database is a bribed puppet who has been told to make it appear that AVZ has lost its rights to 13359 and it's separated. This is NOT OFFICIAL nor a trusted source.
3. AVZ only very recently had discussions with THE PRESIDENT OF THE DRC and are making headway regarding a MoU to move forward to issue the ML.
4. Cominere posting videos of work being done at Mpiana is not Cominere! It can't be confirmed if it's AVZ power old footage or another 3rd party.
5. MMGA are having meetings with their cronies, they are not meeting AVZ BOD staff, the president, the MOM or anyone in a decision making position regarding the future of AVZ. They are just the equivalent of your belly button fluff.

Do any of you think that AVZ will simply be stripped of their resource this late in the game with pending and active ICC and ICSID cases ?
You really think Zijin and Cominere can just drive their tractors in to the Northern tenement and start cutting holes and scooping spod out the ground?

People need to trust the legal process and wait for AVZ to push out an announcement.

Do they have a smoking gun?

If so, how involved is the FIRB and also the Federal police? Surely this falls under the category of National interest. There is more than enough evidence publicly now to warrant a thorough investigation. It wouldn't be hard for the Feds to tie all of these stooges together.

Manono definitely is in Australia's national interest according to FIRB and this is clearly a conspiracy to steal the asset on China's behalf using an all white puppet trojan horse. Beggars belief it hasn't been stopped already. There is a clear distinction between AVZ and Dathcom's good legal titles and the legal situation within the DRC

A good example is the Dathomir 15% which we have good legal title to but don't currently own on the RCCM within the DRC due to multiple court cases that Cong won. I did read through the decisions and the tldr is they were criminal cases dealing with the validity of the creation of the share certificates not a decision on the merits of Cong's claims to the termination per se. The judge repeatedly recognises the need for this matter to be heard by an 'arbitral judge'.

For the PR renewal in Cominiere's name CAMI are following the MoM's decree. And I suspect we are about to see another one for the partition of the north. She has repeatedly backed Cominiere's claims since the beginning of this year and I see no indication that has changed. If she wanted to give us back the tenement she could have. She is the one with authority not Cominiere.

Or do you have a reason to think the PR renewal decree is also not to be taken seriously?
