Some great positivety coming out from Franck.
Looks like the mysterious witness was involved in advising Comminiere and Zijin not to proceed with the 15% sale .
Looking forward to the decision by the ICC

At the end of the day we are almost 18 months suspended . So whatever this CKK c--k is doing is working and FT likes it so much he promoted him .
Is it a mystery? It reads to me the witness in question is the CEO of United Cominiere.

It could be lost in transalation, my take would be AVZ had only 1 witness. According to Franck, the key witness who has all important details & evidences on the contested deal.

Franck is a huge supporter of Eric Kaseka. Ironically, Eric Kaseka is in conflict with Eric Allard. One thing for sure he is not on team Klaus.

You will drive yourself insane trying to make sense of or find clarity in the deliberately obfuscated DRC 'law & order'.
Nothing is clear, ever, an that is for a reason.
AVZ BOD are all over this as we have seen from Francks X posts, once more the truth hath prevailed. Our witness was about as good as you could have expected. It's upto ICC to do the obvious now, from the early finish it seems that's the logical next step.

No surprises there, when it came out last night I did a quick search an came up with what you did. Spiderwebs weaved and yet again has that stench of KE around it too, with his other in country 'mates'.
We know all the trouble these boys are apparently in too so it's a real losing position to start off from let alone all the info on our side.
ICC basically sewn up, supremely confident after hearing from Franck.

At the moment I’m chasing up relationships Felix Tshisekedi has, including the one with his personal advisor and cousin Tony Kanku who reportedly has his hands on mining areas in Katanga, is part of mafia financial networks, has been in the sights of the US since 2021 and is also reportedly protecting that fuckwit Kibeya Kabemba
This cousin and special advisor is in this photo below…. remember his face, he’s in a lot of photos with Tshisekedi

As far as getting your heads around Cominiere SA and United Cominiere…. try going to the CAMI maps and see who they are connected with in the tenements. I can’t quite remember and I haven’t got time to look, but you might find their connections to Zijin and Tantalex there

He doesn't show up on the Tantalex website, tried to search but it does my head in.
