If AVZ wanted any of these people on the board, wouldn't they just have appointed them like the other 3? Unless big Nige tells me otherwise, in voting No on all of them. Very interesting indeed. So to clarify. All of us here feel this bonus is way off the mark if there is not an ML in place? Is anyone in favour of the bonus without an ML? and if so why? (Sincere question) Can we as shareholders present a unified front in saying a hard NO to the performance bonus and if we do and he goes ahead and awards it to himself where does this leave us? Nope, no way would I approve it for management/ directors who received bs performance rights previously while withholding critical information.... not without significant proven results anyway.... and "trust us" isn't proven geo.... you’ve got to be related to one of them

I'd consider it for those that may be just employees, without the share entitlements of the others, that are probably putting up with more shit than an ordinary employee should without a big pay packet... they'd have to have considered walking elsewhere....not certain if Ben fits that mould for example.
