In early August, a large shareholder was approached by Leonard Math on behalf of Peter Huljich and others, to see if they were interested in gathering other large shareholders and backing them to overthrow the current BOD. If they could not get 5% for an EGM, they would nominate for BOD positions

Peter Huljich was not at the meeting as he told Leonard Math he could not be seen in attendance because of a restraint of trade clause from when he departed AVZ. Simon Cong and Guy Loando are backing this along with certain Chinese companies.

Peter Huljich and Leonard Math are acting as their front men. One key point was…. No Asian sounding names were to vote for an EGM as this would attract the interest of FIRB.

If you ever worked with Chinese people, especially in Asia and Africa, you are well aware they can be the worst racists people in the world.
The majority despises anything other than the Chinese race.
I am not sorry to say this, it is an observation I made.
I never liked that attitude, I was brought up all are equal.
It was a disturbing observation, but sometimes you cannot choose the people you have to work with and have your thoughts.

Felix is on tender ground with the upcoming election , complete inaction despite alot of promises in almost 4 yrs is culpable, just cant imagine he is entirely stupid to just sit on his hands and prey for reelection without striking a major blow.

Better late than never, if he was to award the ML to AVZ before reelection, he will achieve 2 things for his people to resonate, that the battery hub vision is real and that the corrupt actors that stalled the battery vision for nearly 17 months , ripped off the DRC coffers in the process with the ROFR 15% , delayed future royalties thus future prosperity, wont get away with their bad deeds.

Now that would be a major boon for his re election prospects, failure to do so, then he risks being a one term govt, much the same path way as Albanese is going down

So why would the next few months be any different ? Anyway elections are rigged . Talks about a Road Map paving a way forward , the President being attentive , a MoU . It just smells like more BS to me . If all we have at the AGM is ,'Constructive Conversations at the highest level ' I'm going to projectile vomit.

The DFS was written when the market value of 6% Lithium Spod was 1/4 of the present market price.
So Cath is getting a very, very good deal.

How much did Cath support the BoD, other than saying: 'yeah, yeah if you get the ML the deal still stands'.

If it appears that they are trying to backstab our BoD to screw us harder, I would say again: 'Fuk you too'.

And that is in big fat illuminated capital letters.

We will need their expertise and capital if we are to ever develop Manono. Sure the lithium prices have gone up but with the current markets it could also have gone down?

We have a good deal, trying to milk more money will take us nowhere and we will not look serious to other investors.

We're only talking if they turn out to be moving against us. If Yibin really is voting for the MMGA crew, then it's VERY concerning considering their relationship to CATL and hence CATH.
I think we all hope CATH is genuine.
