This is a brain burning waiting game. I don’t know enough to make any assumptions anymore about how long either.
Only thing I feel is that things are getting to the pointy end.

Any other surfers in here would understand this, sometimes you’re sitting out the back waiting for one last decent set wave to come in and the ocean goes quiet. It feels like this ant the moment.
And every fucking time you decide to paddle in or get a small one after losing your patience, you end up standing on the point to see the set of the day hit!

The bonuses you referred to are similar to progess payments when you have a house built and is ok with me as they have made progress. All will be revealed when the BoD are ready.

We've literally gone backwards in the last financial year. There is zero justification for the pay rises and bonuses the directors have given themselves when the stock hasn't traded in 512 days. If this is the type of respect they show to the people paying their wages then no fucking wonder none of the JV partners like them and we are in this mess.

I wonder what happens if on the morning of the ICC on Thursday, Zijin lawyer chucks a sickie, or says dog ate my homework…some BS excuse to say they can’t go ahead and need to postpone. Do they forfeit and lose or do we get screwed over again with another delay?

Been expecting this too, 'food poisoning' just so happens to strike down the 'lawyers' of Jin Cheng who all ate the same dish at the same restaurant last night. Oh no judge oops, oh well, next month we can make it .

They are pulling every low-down dirty trick they can. If its an option, it'll happen.

MMGA are looking for any chink, granted this looks like an own-goal by the BOD, but time will tell and they will no doubt be questioned about it at the AGM, although by then we may (I know) be celebrating (bottle of bubbly).

No they don't. They should only get it when first sod is turned and the caterers are on site and cooking. They are two very different things. ML and operating mine are not the same.

This grubby cash grab is starting to give me social media ideas. I hope it doesn't end up turning me against the company. That would be bad.

Ha ha , looks likes you may have hit the bitter spot when reading half the junk we have to wade through on some of these social media platforms ; unfortunately the trolls heavily dilute the quality on these forums ; Hotshithole is totally unreadable , I rarely even login to that one these days ( one of the good things that has come from this circus ) ; TSE now has the trolls gradually squeezing through the cracks; it’s becoming a little more unreadable with every day that passes tbh .

Appreciate your continued battling and research bags ; we have all walks of life in here with various and opposing views … yourself and Deboss for example would appear to have political etc views which maybe of the opposite sides of the spectrum , but what we can agree on is the both of you and many in here are on the same side and fully support the company and want the same ending … I hear Deboss likes his happy endings ; we just need to all stick together on this one even if reading this sewer soup with a few golden nuggets mixed sends us to boil point more often than not.

I’ve basically dropped off from posting ,as reading some of the stuff particularly with some of these new characters appearing out of the blue would have me typing some Moneybag / Deboss type rants ( which does have me firing out the ‘good on ya‘ words )

Bring on the day when we get past this shit show and no longer have to go through getting our mental nerve endings torched every time we read AVZ forums which have corrupt mud with intent flowing through it .

AVZ shareholders all sail on the same boat with the same wind behind its sails at least until this shit show is done with ; most of us have been here for the last 4|5+ years , so to some extent we know whose not in the Trojan Horse within these forums … hopeful the trolls are in the belly of the brazen bull soon enough.

I agree with most of your post, but if you think any public forum is going to be pure of trolls, especially with the head winds AVZ are having to deal with, you are farken deluded....

The amount of trolls in this forum is negligible, the intel is amazing, very respectful, lots of humour under considerable financial duress for alot of posters and has community spirit, so your comment...

If we get the ML under the barrage of chinese and drc scum doing everything in their power to steal, then they absolutely deserve their pay check.

Where the BOD didnt deserve their pay check was the previous 2 years when their lack of disclosure was finally exposed with the suspended suspension directly after ML decree....

All imo of course.

We normally have to vote for option/share packages.

There are already a shit tonne of performance rights on the table as incentive for management to get the project over the line. But these were voted on whereas the cash bonuses have already been paid sometime during the financial year. I would have loved to see the vote tally at the AGM for the BoD giving themselves more money while we are burning through cash and the stock is in suspension.

The point is that they are bonus's, what have they done to receive them above their pay? At the AGM 22 Nigel stated that if we did not receive the ML they would reduce costs. They have given themselves a bonus, like WTF

Fair call, i understand where you and others are coming from completely, i just have a feeling in my plums that their is a tangible reason why they paid themselves a bonus as conveyed in previous posts today.

If ML is not in hand by the time the upcoming AGM arrives, then thats going to be another bunsen burner moment the BOD are going to have to deal with.......

Its very simple...........ML in hand, it will be a non issue, if no ML in hand, then...
