Just a heads up. I have updated the code on this widget to reflect the date of the injunction ( April 11, 2023 ) even though CominiereSA claims the liquidation of Dathcom began on April 4th. Makes more sense to be when it came into effect.

It seems that wasn't because they thought they could win it, but because it would be longer proceedings and if they tied it to the jurisdiction case it would increase the delay; as they know they won't win the jurisdiction case.
Another point. Violations of the Emergency Arbitration rulings are not $50K DOLLARS per day, but $50K EURO per day. At the moment that's another 6% of pain for them. Every bit of hurt counts.
