So it’s important that people know if any of their reps contact you….because they got your contact details from the list or other means…. Then they could be breaching the law….and you may be able to sue them for their breach of the law of cold calling.

ASIC bans financial services from cold calling as scams skyrocket

Under anti-hawking laws, the Australian financial services industry has been banned from cold calling people with unsolicited sales pitches.

If you don’t want to be contacted by MMGA or their associates and wish to maintain your legal position in this regard I suggest you should also make a similar declaration to make your position crystal clear to MMGA and any and all of their associates.

These are the AVZ related accounts he follows. Notably absent, AVZ.

What is most interesting is the follow of Peter Huljich and Antoinette in very quick succession.

Furthemore, Peter doesn't really post much. 4 in total, replies to other comments. Strange that a prominent financial reporter, with effectively infinite stories to cover from a limited time perspective would follow such a nothing account?

Does anyone know any independent journalists?

DRC would have a much more central role if the Manono project was actually allowed to begin. Over a year ago the feasibility studies were approved and we are still waiting for the mining permit to be approved.

Hopefully Serge can raise awareness of the delays and blocking of the Manono project which cause huge lost tax revenue for RDC. We really need someone from the Government to step up and issue the Manono mining license. The feasibility studies were submitted over a year ago.

Imo now that X (Twitter) has a DM function, Peter could be direct messaging these people (including Tommy?) rather than posting in public view, hence his low amount of public posts.

"Who cares"? He is trying to gain a public profile in the biggest Lithium resource on the planet. If he can't realise how counter-intuitive that is, he's not the right person for the job.

Hmmm just did a deep dive on Peter Huljich and had a look at his achievements.

It was like walking into a museum of train wrecks.

I am just amazed this idiot was ever a director of AVZ.
And he is now trying to sell himself as God's special gift to save AVZ?
You got to be joking.

Any person who considers voting for dear Peter should do his proper dd prior to the vote.

After lifting the lid on the directorships of dear Pete, the smell of rotting cadavers was so obnoxious I had to close the lid immediately.

Klaus and his mate Kong must be desperate to push this guy.

It is interesting to see how Klaus repeats his trick, disappears through the side curtains after taking his profits and uses PH to give a company the final stab in the back to leave the retail share holders with empty hands.
