Guys I know we agreed a while back that since we hadn't any confirmation that the ICC Court Ruling was violated, this counter shouldn't be used but since we have had confirmation from CKK at Battery Metals Forum, we might as we'll set the date at April 4 and start using it.

I will add it to the Assets Folder too for later reference.

The Ugandan minister for energy and mineral development (Ruth Nankabirwa Ssentamu) indicated while speaking in Australia that upon returning home she will be signing the required documents to issue the mining licence for the Makuutu rare earths project

The licence for IXR is......cough.....cough.....imminent

I truly hope the Ugandan Government is more stable and it's governance and adherence to laws and mining codes is much stronger and free of corruption

Unlike the complete fucking mess that exists in the DRC and the cesspool of shitfuckery that AVZ has been trying to wade through for 16 godforsaken months

doc, not sure if you're serious or not, havent called the number. like azzler says we've all had a gutful and in my case I am desperate for this to be resolved, I've got so many things depending on this its not funny. even still, I'm not going to let those fuckers win if I can help it, its just not right and goes against my value system to see these corrupt bastards get their way. I'll keep holding on and hoping in vain until the end. each to their own though and understand everyone's situation is different. If I may say, stay tight and keep the faith.

That’s right BEISH, first they decided out of the blue to stop LLL from exporting DSO.

I think LLL were relying on that to pay some of their CAPEX through construction phases. Now the Mali government is throwing another spanner in the works though I’m not really sure what’s going on because I’m more focused on AVZ. I suspect it has something to do with FFX.

Anyway I only read little bits here and there on LLL but now Ganfeng have taken more equity (shares) in the Goulamina lithium mine to provide more funds and now hold majority ownership of the lithium mine. Looks like the old sus Chinese playbook coming in to play again to me.

Now back to AVZ….
