Does anyone have any thoughts on Klauss and his departure from Tantalex.

Two possibilities in my view:

1. Tantalex are Cobalt sponsor for upcoming Battery Mentals Forum. Perhaps winds have shifted against corruption, and they are distancing themselves from any association.
2. AJN have an upcoming cap raise, has he departed of his own volition as there is a conflict of interest between their Manono tailings project and the potential for AJN having weaselled their way into CDL. This also lines up with his house sale potentially.

I think one of these is true.

Tantalex Lithium Resources Corp. filed its Annual on Jun 28, 2023 for the period ending Feb 28, 2023. In this report its auditor, McGovern Hurley LLP, gave an unqualified opinion expressing doubt that the company can continue as a going concern.

Any speculation on what will happen to tailings if tantalex goes under? Do they default back to AVZ? Or become state owned? Is there a chance tantalex will be taken over by avz/CATH?
