@zeeb0t my view is, there are some members who are trying to bait me into posting simply so they can “community moderate” my post irrespective of content.
@DoubleA post was moderated either for he/she was scared to have a contrarian position or by someone who didn’t like seeing support for a tidy up of threads, the “tidy up” also means sticking to TSE rules, the simplest being on-topic about AVZ. The “community members” moderating here are extremely intolerant of different kinds of temperament. None of the interacted with the first class post by @Roon who is a professional in the area he writes on in regards to AVZ

this platform won’t grow if “community moderation” is abused by a number of members colluding against other members simply because they have different views.
These same members support each other in breaching TSEs openly by suggesting all kinds of content unrelated to AVZ can be socialised with here. This brings the quality of the forum down. This doesn’t mean jokes and gifs etc can’t be included to support the on-topic banter.

I also want to say @zeeb0t that obviously we are not and should not be lab rats for the bot to thrive on by reporting. The bot has made some ridiculous decisions and is very hotcrapper-ish in judgment and this I think is now being manipulated to evil effect by some “community members” who only see the arrows that come their way but not the arrows they send

If there is a campaign it is for example by this person (image attached), who openly makes a “call to arms” ; a campaign. And you may wish to investigate this collusion in private messages, to stamp it out.

As for me I just want to be left in peace, not be harangued for some purported ulterior intention — all the reactions I have had suggest people like my content most of the time, and it is sad that the bot is not factoring in the positives?

I will also add here, I do have shares in AVZ, a relevant interest agrees and signed and can also accumulate more. I like the project and want it to succeed. Any criticisms of management which are always valid ones, is for the success of the company. If AVZ fails my friends get hurt and any prospect of a life with dividends is forfeited.

In fact, my content and presence is likely drawing more interest to these threads from outside. So @zeeb0t , the risk is “community moderation” = “mob rules”.

If I needed to do a campaign there are much better easier ways than being here.

The best thing about this forum was it was full of normal people, posting lots of great information/content.. we’ve all been guilty of swearing, saying dumb shit but the great this was people would shake their head, have a laugh and be over it the next day and then it was usual business.

I don't have any inside info. But considering:
(1) Cominiere & Zijin launched a (hopeless) ambit claim for damages at ICC,
(2) NF is in the DRC now,
(3) USA/Biden just ann'ing $250M finance for "Lobito Corridor" at PGII Meeting in Japan. (Rail, South DRC to Angola & Atlantic Ocean)
(4) PR05 going to China next week presumably seeking better deal on existing DRC-China contracts (Sicomines, Gecamines ...);
AVZ Mgmt must be at a sensitive stage of negotiations.
TSE AVZ threads abound now with dubious characters, new & recurring - manipulating & seeking info? If I had sensitive info, I could not share it publicly or in a way that may harm AVZ & LTSH concerns.
I do hope that AVZ makes some +ve Ann's well before DRC Mining Week, 14-16 June 2023.

Yes Bray, what we had here was pretty fantastic, even had a family vibe to it. Not just information sharing, but a sense of solidarity amongst the members.

We support each other as best we can. But they want to destroy that, they hate that.
What we had here has been jelously despised by the kinds of people we see in other places, the very nasty kind.

This is their goal, to disrupt, damage, and cut down what we had.

For now I can only advise we do what Zeebot recently told us to do.

Lets hope this get's resolved soon.
If not, then it'll be like you say, a new home somewhere else.

Not true. I do believe this “inadequate” system you speak of has in fact just permanently banned the account you speak of. While I can appreciate you desire an immediate action, the system we have today seeks to educate first. But if someone clearly does not wish to learn, it moves to first reduce their capacity, and if they persist, to then ban permanently.

I know you have banned an account, if you believe that poster was the culprit, I hate to tell you you are incorrect.
As TDITD mentions 'They are still there'.

I will however make you aware, if this BS continues and is not corrected there are other media platforms.

Bad actors will always try to penetrate and funny enough attempt to change the platform into something more suitable for their narrative.

I am writing this post not because I like to, I actually hate writing this post, but to try to get the dark forces who willingly are trying to destroy this platform removed.
I don't know what their real motives are, but they are very destructive.
This thread was all about info sharing and having some fun, not about indoctrination, or you will jump how I want you to jump, otherwise I moderate you.
