The ramifications would be that the Zijin + Cominiere ICC case isn't instantly thrown out since it was lodged before the injunction.

My thinking on the timing is that AVZ tried to have the ICC just throw the case out with the Emergency Proceedings, or at least suspend it until AVZ v Cominiere is finalized (we announced April 17).

So the new timeline of events in terms of the ICC could be:

1. Zijin vs AVZ - July Jurisdiction Hearing, August verdict
2. AVZ vs Cominiere - Preliminary steps, selecting arbitrators, document discovery, timeline setting for proceedings (September)
3. Zijin/Cominiere vs AVZ - Suspended until further notice
   • 3 can only go forward if 1 rules in Zijin's favour and;
   • if 2 rules in Cominiere's favour (but the final verdict for this should be in like 2024-2025)

Someone peer review this for me?

If the Zijin/Comminere case gets the go ahead Zijin will pull out of the July hearing . They will chew up as much time as is allowed leading up to it and pull out . I'd put the the Z / C case (if gets the green light ) at perhaps first quarter 2024 . They will likely delay that as well . So at a guess I reckon mid 2024 for the hearing and around August /Sept 2024 for a verdict . Clearly we need this sh1t show over this year before the election . Plan B Nigel . IMO

The English version does not carry that level of detail, and has quite a bit of bullshit about their Dathcom investment, like:

Does it have significant implications in the way this can play out?

Chaos reigns when trolls move in and even though they appear to provide information, most often it is diversionary and for a specific purpose

Anyway I’m a bit sick of all the bullshit and as I was listening to a few old classic dance songs this afternoon (Nick Lowe’s I knew the bride and a few others) I thought I would link a good old dance song for the ladies on the threads who hopefully like to dance and can rest assured there are some blokes here that have a bit of class

The emergency ICC case finally launched by $AVZ Minerals against #Cominiere about 2 weeks ago is currently pending and a final verdict is expected within the next month. Once issued, all legal filings against $AVZ will become redundant and officials responsible for #RDC will have a clear path to issue the mining license to #Dathcom without #Zijin as all will have to comply with the ruling. Nothing has been learned I see.

This is why youre holding shares in AVZ when there was plenty of time to check the facts as illegal as they are from Dathomir, Cominiere and Zijjn

In fact as much as we are all on a China bash binge (and I mean CCP for its tyrants), the Chinese jurisdiction is actually safer than the Australian / ASX jurisdiction in terms of transparency. It records change in ownership, it publishes the alphanumeric name of the Dathcom file so all can verify.
