Your focus, andyour clan, would be better off asking how is the Boatman appendix upload docs implicating the AFR in malfeasance starting with it’s first article nearly a year ago?

Questions of ownership aside which require an inscrutable detail for generalists, the recent revelation of tampering with official docs including already questionable docs makes the case black and white there is mischief and why didn’t AFR err on the side of caution. Professionals ought to detect fraud like this

The point being, AVZ’s reputation has been trashed by the AFR. I have it on good word that AVZ is damaged - ask any accountant or lawyer a little savvy on ASX things. See it from outside the echo chamber. Why then would you antagonise efforts to bring the spotlight on AFR’s alleged malfeasance?There’s a lot to consider about what AFR did and didn’t do. You must have had some good Intuitions about that to share rather than trying to undermine those who seek to revive the credibility of AVZ.

Few tidbits from me:

• I have confirmed that Zijin and Comniniere's joint case for damages was submitted on/around the 28th of April to the ICC - it is not impacted by the emergency arbitration ruling.
• The favourable AVZ ruling at ICC emergency arbitration stops Cominiere from terminating JVA at DRC local court, it also stops them from any shenanigans like when MMCS had their license revoked (ie, Cominiere sold to Dathomir, new JV was established, and new licenses were issued for a new tenement)
• The acknowledgement by Zijin on the value of the project will bite them in the ass and is proof that they underpaid for their supposed 15% - they supposedly even cited our feasibility study in the ICC claim to justify the value.
• If the original ICC case by Zijin flops then this second case would also flop, since the precedence would be that Zijin as a non-shareholder, doesn't even have the right to bring either ICC case. (the conflict in schedule seems even more suspect now...)
  • In this event, not sure if the case would be then trimmed down to just Cominiere's damages, but this is a pretty nifty way for Zijin to bankroll the legal proceedings IMO - the lead counsel for the newest case are Zijin's legal team

They were very happy to tell us about the successful injunction asap, but not the new challenge from C/Z, so why today I ponder. Breaking story from someone from the dark side?

Was this the reason for the emergency hearing to injunct COMINIERE? I would think so - MMCS experience, although different circumstances entirely, could have been seen as another avenue to delay delay delay by revocation of the JVA via DRC courts, and set us back years more, with yet another court case

As you say, these late April filings make a mockery of the delay to the first Z case, but good on the lawyers for recognising the possibilities

No trigger of fines then.....

and yes, clever way of legitimately bankrolling COMINIERE's legal costs

Regarding the announcement, I'm still trying to work out how Z and C thought it would be a good idea to outline what they think Manono is worth, when it contradicts they value placed by Z's $33M offer and C's claims that AVZ didn't do anything to improve value. I'd really like to know what is going on behind the scenes, but we'll never know.

Factor in the MoM coming to Oz, MMCS and the required 10% C has to give the DRC to release the ML, the election and the MoP supporting Felix, the directive to clean up the registry, AVZ disappearing from the CAMI website, seemingly new teeth given to Jules, the injunction, and the nods and winks.

It looks like lots of things have started moving, but I don't know where they are going to land.

I noted some time ago (I think in the ministers' meeting minutes) that moves where being made to prepare for the election in the event things were stable enough in the East for that to happen.

Any thoughts on the election being delayed due to security concerns in the East?

I've been chewing over that one for a while.

When we make comments about certain things may be dependent on the election.
eg. Z and C delaying tactics until a possible change of Government, or Felix wanting to achieve things prior to an election campaign.

Maybe Felix will maneuver to delay the election citing security concerns to stay in power longer to buy more time. Especially if Z & C are involved in bankrolling election official placement.

The only legitimate valuation metrics for the Manono project are contained within AVZs DFS.

Cominiere is on record suggesting AVZ has done nothing to value add to the project, however todays actions by Jin Cheng and Cominiere indicate a contrary position.

Is Cominiere seriously proposing that AVZ has simultaneously added value AND done nothing?

Point taken. But you do see the relevance of the question? By Bloomberg not following the AFR, damage is reduced for AVZ. In just under one year, afaik, they’ve said nothing about all that has happened.

The point is the AFR and its readership tracking AVZ matters needs reminders about the malfeasance. On ownership alone doesn’t do it. But AFR reliance on easy to see dodgy docs is an easy one to communicate.

One observation;
