A new video about us…I’m not sure who this guy is. A guy from cominiere???

Can anyone upload that translation script please?

At about 28 minutes CKK states AVZ paid US$350,000 for 60% of Dahtcom...

In the ASX annual report dated 2-2-2017, AVZ states:

1679203587210.png

1679204552143.png

The body language of CKK is, to be honest, not great.

Looking at Jean-Marie, 'the journalist', I have the strong impression, that I am not the only one of that opinion.

Probably another US$5.65 million gone MIA in 2017

On top of that.....

COMINIERE SA RESPONSE TO THE ALLEGATIONS OF MINING FRAUD OF MORE THAN 10 MILLION USD VALUED AT 60 TONS OF COLTAN AND CASSITERITE IN MANONO AND MALEMBA-NKULU

OCTOBER 29, 2022

Taking in consideration that the current MD of Comiere, Athanase MWAMBA MISAO, is in jail.
That is not all, the current Administrative and Financial Director, Alpha MONGA, is convicted to go to jail, but released for health reasons
And CKK is left holding the fort.
Looking at CKK's performance and the above and CKK starts looking pretty ordinary.

In the interview he is still fuming that he had to wait 1 hour, during an unannounced inspection of the area.
On the photo it looks like his ID were his sunnies.

It is obvious that CKK's arrogance got under Jean-Marie's skin.

The auto translation on that interview is painful enough, but to sit through that shit for brains criminal DG of Cominerie was agionizing.
I know I have bias for AVZ, but fuck me, I had no idea how much Cominarie are hating on AVZ, it looks like all out war between these partners!

I think though, that this interview exposes the incredible bullshit that's coming from them.
All I saw was inuendo, suggestion, slander, smearing, but no actual facts, and the interviewer, thankfully, called out some of his bullshit, and I feel put him in his place, but he just waffled on.

Fuck me, poor AVZ crew having to be in a JV with these fucking absolute corrupt dildos.
And they represent the fucking state!!!!

I think this interview is helpful for AVZ, because it shows what an unbelievable fuckwit this guy from Cominere is.
Az and all,

Not a usual poster, however I also sat through the mind-numbing process of auto translate...at approx 1:01:30 to 1:02:00 through the interview, the Cominiere rep was quite emotional (angry almost) and seemingly victim blaming! "THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE CHINESE, THE PROBLEM IS THE CONGOLESE"... Not sure of the context, however I'm hoping this statement is a nail in Cominieres coffin so to speak!

View attachment 32622
Of course they want to control the finances, so they can pocket it all.
Farcical, they've been put in jail and condemned by the IGF report yet we still have to put up with this shit from a pack of fucking morons.

Just looking at the Omni Bridge website regarding the proposed class action. It says that if we do not want to participate you need to opt out".
Is this correct or do we just do nothing?

"It is currently proposed to bring the Class Action on an ‘open’ basis, that is, on behalf of all AVZ shareholders who acquired AVZ shares or an interest in AVZ shares between 17 May 2021 and 6 May 2022 (inclusive) whether or not they sign up to the funding agreement. If you do not wish to take part in the Class Action, you will need to opt out in accordance with the relevant court rules."

Are you prepared to give them your email address?

Just more games and intimidation.

BTW gonna keep posting Wino's $12 because I'm not prepared to be groomed/ bullied into giving away my investment for peanuts.

If we need to compromise then we need to compromise but I'll cross that bridge....

Fukkum, I didn't ask for their selfserving services and don't spend a cent on an envelope or stamp on them wankers.
Let them show me a document where I requested their services.
They are lawyers and they know when they are employed to work on my behalf.

As they say in the DRC "c'est la vie".

Cominiere brings nothing to the Manono project. All they do is try to hinder progress at every step. These are the people who keep the DRC in poverty despite enormous resources.

Mr. Kas, it is important to be specific. The sale of Dathomir's Dathcom shares to $AVZ was not illegal, but did not respect the Cominière - Dathomir partnership contract. According to the latter, the sale of shares should only be possible after production.

This formal defect was however removed, because the purchase of 60% of Dathcom by AVZ was a contract between AVZ, Cominière and Dathomir. Cominière therefore did not insist on this contractual provision resulting from the partnership agreement.

Thus, as the IGF has already noted, the contract between AVZ and Cominière and Dathomir has been irrevocably concluded. Here are again the conditions of the contract $AVZ - Dathomir - Cominière!

I don't think the Omni Bridgway class action currently has any form

Applications to sign up and participate don't close until 31 March 2023

It might not get off the ground

Although Tommy from the AFR lied (in print in the AFR) and said on 17th March that AVZ faces a class action from Omni Bridgeway

Wow!!

He must be Nostradamus......the closing date for applications to further the action haven't closed but apparently AVZ already faces a class action from Omni Bridgeway according to Tom Richardson

I wonder if Tom will predict the legal action against him and the AFR for publishing lies and falsehoods with regard to AVZ with close to two weeks to go before applications close to determine if the Omni Bridgeway class action will even go ahead???

How can Tom Richardson and the AFR state as fact something that hasn't happened and may not ever happen?????

And even if a class action eventuates haven't Tommy and the AFR already made accusations and promoted potential falsehoods as facts "in print" weeks in advance of any possible reality???

I think Tommy and the AFR need to check in with their lawyers

Better get a lawyer son......better get a real good one.....

Interesting story in the AFR about another class action:

Mr Goodhead said he still hoped BHP would agree to start negotiating a settlement, and accepted that this might come in below the £36 billion claim.

But he said the firm had the funding to push on into the courtroom if necessary, as the case is backed by hedge funds and other investors who bankroll the suit in the expectation of taking a cut of the winnings.

Investors on board

“There has probably now been north of £70 million that has been invested into the case by hedge funds and litigation funds and others behind us,” Mr Goodhead said.

“If this carries on for another two, three years, I expect that number is going to triple. It’s going to cost us £150 million, £200 million if this goes all the way to trial. Inevitably, those investors want a substantial return on that capital.”

In other words hedge funds are backing class action litigation to take a punt and the other winners are the lawyers, they win both ways.
It is obvious the claimants are just props in this theatre play.
It has absolutely nothing to do with justice, it is just another growth industry.

Looks like class action court cases is more lucrative than mining lithium.

All of my best guesses have gone out the window lately.

But my list of near term hopes/wishlist are as follows:

BOD to put out an announcement that says:
-We have sat down with CAMI and MOM etc and have a clear path forward, we have to do X and Y to get the mining licence sorted and have clarified what happened with the orders for 13359.

-From these discussions, MOM and CAMI understand the situation better and realize that the "shareholders" of Dathcom aren't bickering, simply one is acting in a fraudulent way to the other. (refer to IGF etc)

-Given the clarity on the position of the ML, we will recommence trading on XX, with ML expected on XX date based on the above.

-Would also love to see an announce that says that we have sat down with Govt/Felix etc to re-affirm our position.

Sure the price will drop (or at least be very turbulent) on opening, but our position itself isn't any worse than it was in April/May last year.
(and we will be in production a year or so later than expected-a negative factor)
-We still hold 13359
-We have progressed the drill results further. (proven resource gets better and better)
-The future 15% with the ZIJIN involvement was never ours in the prior situation (we will have a clear path forward with ICC)
-The prior 15% with Dathomir will be clarified with the ICC, providing it is not resolved out of court prior.
-CATL/Mr Pei still on board.
-Construction etc is ready to go.
-There are stellar revised DFS and BFS to look forward to.

Given the shareholding issues, I cant see anyone lining up for a TO, unless it was CATL/Mr Pei or Zijin, until its clarified or someone has enough money to make all the issues go away for the respective shareholders.

But at the very least, I think all this doom and gloom on HC and Twitter about not trading until Sept 24 is wild.
None of the correspondence points to them electing to be in a trading halt until Sept 24, just that some items may not be resolved until then.
Maybe the BOD have been smarter (this time) and set the expectations as low as possible, so they will look like fractional heroes delivering earlier.

Once we have the clear path forward and can start ticking boxes again, the sentiment will be much better.
As opposed to jumping over hurdles we should never had to have and slinging mud etc.

Gunmen Kill 9 Chinese at Mine in Central African Republic

March 19, 2023 5:24 PM

Bangui, Central African Republic

Bangui, Central African Republic

BANGUI, CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC —
Gunmen stormed a Chinese-operated gold mining site that had recently been launched in Central African Republic, killing nine Chinese nationals and wounding two others Sunday, authorities said.

However, the rebel coalition initially blamed by some for the attack put out a statement later in the day. Without providing evidence, it accused Russian mercenaries from the Wagner Group of being behind the violence.
The attack early Sunday came just days after gunmen kidnapped three Chinese nationals in the country's west near the border with Cameroon, prompting President Faustin Archange Touadera to plan a trip to China in a bid to reassure investors.

The assault on the Chimbolo gold mine began around 5 a.m. when the gunmen overpowered the site's guards and opened fire, said Abel Matipata, mayor of the nearby town of Bambari, located 25 kilometers (16 miles) away. The mining site's launch had taken place just days earlier, he added.

The bodies of the victims were brought to the capital, Bangui, later Sunday. Local authorities said they were pursuing the assailants but declined further comment. Residents said that the violence was the latest incident undermining confidence in security forces.
"The government is having difficulty proving its ability to protect Central Africans and foreigners living in the country," said Ange Morel Gbatangue, a resident of Bambari.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility, but suspicion fell on the Coalition of Patriots for Change, or CPC, which is active in the area and regularly launches attacks on the country's armed forces. The alliance of rebel groups is aligned with former President Francois Bozize.
Anselme Bangue, who supports the current president's administration, called the attack on Chinese businessmen an act of "indescribable cowardice."

"The CPC has not only slowed down the country's economic momentum but is now attacking the foundation of development. This is unacceptable," Bangue said.
However, CPC military spokesman Mamadou Koura said those allegations were false. He claimed without evidence that Russian mercenaries had planned the attack "with the goal of scaring Chinese who have been present long before the Russians settled in this part of the country."
The shadowy Russian mercenary group was hired by Touadera to provide security and military training but has been accused by U.N. observers of committing human rights abuses including massacres.

Central African Republic remains one of the poorest countries in the world despite its vast mineral wealth of gold and diamonds among others. A myriad of rebel groups have operated with impunity across the embattled country over the past decade, thwarting mining exploration by foreign companies.

Many of those now operating in the country are Chinese-run and have faced security challenges. In 2020, two Chinese nationals died when local residents led an uprising against a Chinese-operated mine in Sosso Nakombo. And in 2018, three Chinese citizens were killed by angry community members after a local leader died in a boating accident while accompanying Chinese miners to a site.
