Suggestion - Should there be "USD" in front of the $, for the revenue lost? i know it says it in the small text - but having it up there, up top will make it more distinguishable and for the avoidance of all doubt

Yeah it was there originally but somehow through all the iterations it seems to have dropped off.

Every time I fiddle with it something seems to break. But if I can figure it out without causing too much oain I will get it back on.

You could use the source links. That seems to work but leaves it susceptible.

AVZ / DATHCOM has enough evidence of work carried out on permit 13359, plus DFS study.

What have Zijin, Dathomir, or Cominière done, other than obstructing and attempting to steal?

Their efforts sofar has cost the DRC Government in excess of US$ 86 million and the clock is still ticking!!

It is an absolute disgrace!



No one in Manono has ever seen the cores or drilling and exploration teams from Cominiere, Minocom, Minor, Dathomir, Tantalex, AJN, Zijin but everyone sees and has seen those from Dathcom and ⁦

Dathcom submits application to CAMI to relinquish North on April 1.
Ministerial decree 'expedited' and awareded April 22.

Looking for correspondence around March/April where there is direct request to relinquish the north for awarding the ML on the south.

"First Quantum took the matter to international arbitration, including the government's sale of the asset to a company controlled by Israeli mining entrepreneur Dan Gertler, who later sold it to ENRC.

First Quantum then launched $2-billion in legal claims against ENRC, accusing the company of plotting with the government to expropriate the project. The dispute was headed for trial until settlement negotiations began late last year.


The $1.25-billion payment as part of the agreement with ENRC includes $750-million when the deal closes at the end of next month and a $500-million three-year promissory note."


According to RS, if this happens, nigel will ask for 10 Billion

The point of interest is marked below i.e. Partielle ...English Partial ; so, it was only Partial Waiver so yes, AVZ should still be holding the Exploration rights for the North and DG of CAMI shouldn't have been taking new applications the filthy dog

Thanks for the explanation. I haven't thought that far. So they partially renounced it to keep the north section as exploration and hoping to obtain the exploitation licence for the south?

Meaning the Northern section.

Not sure if there are meant to be more pages, only have the two here i was hoping it'd be the smoking gun implicating the MOM/MOP requesting for the trade...

Another point I didn't convey before is that the Ministerial decrees also came out in the same order.

1. First 00080 approving the split
2. then 000145 awarding ML

Someone put up a couple of pages out of the DRC mining code a few days ago, I can't remember who, but waivering was basically stripping of all rights, Partial waiver was pulling back of in our case the decree / Mining license but retention of exploration rights.

maybe this was the angle DG Cami took, I.e. ye big fella , partial waiver means a part of the tenement gets renounced ; where as Nigel and co may have being thinking ( you'd of hoped they'd checked ) partial just means as per the code that the ML rights come off , but Exploration rights are retained i.e as explained within the announcement when the decree popped out.

You would think that there would be another term sheet for actually fully renouncing as section of a tenement, as opposed to just calling it partial renounce and avoiding such confusion.

Surely AVZ would have checked this before signing. Looking at the document then considering what was at stake it seems highly improbable that Nigel would have signed off on this before checking it out to the nth degree

Yes apparently Dathcom reqested and submitted an application for the split. Buggered if I can remember where this was stated, maybe someone else can? I think it was recent.

It might be my post you’re referring to - it included extracts from both the mining code and the mining regs in relation to relinquishment.
