Nigel said the KUNT is withholding our the Invoice for the surface rights illegally.
BUT he was sacked 3 years ago as DG and replaced by a female (cant recall her name) and is doing the job illegally and therefore has no authority.
Why not approach the new DG who is meant to have the authority and get this Mine started.
I know it sounds simple but may not be simple
8 months is FURKEN way to long to be be living a life of survival by getting loans from friends just to cover bills and food.
Bad enough loosing 2 years to COVID restrictions (wealthy but cant travel) and now another year is been added (can travel but funds locked up)
Looks like the first thing I will be buying after we commence trading is a motorised (lithium battery wheel chair to get around - that's after I pay my loans.
At least I can still attach my Number plates to something.

In addition to more, Willy Kitobo continues to warn that there are mechanisms in place at CAMI to manipulate data from the mining sector of the DRC.

Yes, and it's clear from that article that the PM had the power to over-ride the MofM decision. So.....leading on from that, the situation remains the same - perhaps new MofM is still being hamstrung by her PM? And Felix can't sack the PM either

Good post and pretty much the way I've heard it. The only WTF that pokes it's head out hard, is that apparently AJN also have an application lodged for the northern part; we all know that they (CAMI) as per mining code can't just dissect pieces of original whole tenements which was original awarded under an exploration licence.
The decree was awarded which only contained and provided exploitation rights to Roche Dure ; Carrier was to be renumbered and would become a new exploration tenement under it's own number ; but with newly created tenement numbers, these generally result in new applications...as far as I'm aware AJNs / congo resources application is lodged.
If AVZ was awarded South ( which they basically have ) then our name would be on the Cami website for the southern Zone ( which it is ) ; if AVZ we're being granted North as an exploration licence, then on the Cami website it should have a new number and state AVZ ( which it doesn't) ....
There's also rumour that AVZ agreed to the Southern grant and the Northern area to be numbered and issued as a 5 year exploration ; but in doing that there was some bending in it's meaning by DG Cami, in that new number, new application and it didn't mean that AVZ would just get it automatically I.e. It was basically revoked ; the AJN lodgement of their application would back that up.
AVZ called B/S on this move and the lawyers were in at it again. All AVZ are apparently waiting on is for DG to issue the ML, but still CAMi website shows Carrier as being blank and the AJN application is still lodged.
Surely if that was all sorted out, maybe we’d still be waiting on DG to issue the invoice, but as the area of land under the exploitation zone would be known that would be 5 seconds on a calculator ; but the Cami website should be showing Dathom 13359 adn Dathcom xyz ( north) , but it's still blank and as far as I know AJNs application is still in there ; also no explaination from anywhere on what's happened to TTXs tenement, TTX released anything on the Canadan or German exchanges either.......but all we hear is that we are just waiting on DG to sign an invoice....just feels like there's something a bit more to this

The Corrupt Prime Minister (Lukonde) has all the power. He was elected by the FFC (an alliance of Joseph Kabila’s old party) who have the majority of seats in the National Assembly.
Lukonde got to select the majority of ministers (all from the FFC party) including Kayinda.
Lukonde overrules Antoinette (MoM) so she can’t get rid of Mupande.
In the past Lukonde has overruled other judgements made against Chinese companies including Zigin and CMOC.
Lukonde is the corrupt criminal in all this who protects Kayinda and Mupande

The last I saw was in recent AJN announcement where they have acknowledged the North application is now 'disputed'.
So I guess our legals are working this through the channels
Has anyone else noticed that the flow of crappola from the DRC fake news department has dried right up? Is that a sign of progress? straws and clutching come to mind, and I am probably tempting fate, but I find the ceasefire interesting

agree, gone a bit subdued on that front. TTX tenements vanished and AJN also fucking off down the road for 75% Acquistion into MEKs tenement...even though AJN have hardly a pot to piss in cash wise.
Anyone hear anything on the TTX tenement ? they haven't released anything to the market on that front which would be odd if they did actually lose it

In her letter of June 16, 2021, the Minister of Mines, Antoinette Nsamba, gave the reason for this postponement. According to her, this postponement was made on the instruction of Prime Minister Sama Lukonde.
2) Adele Kayinda Mahina is conspiring with Cominiere and Zigin
The IGF Report found Adele Kayinda Mahina was complicit in the illegal and fraudulent transfer of shares from Cominiere to Zigin last year.... and here she is with Jean Sama Lukonde last year.
3) Jean Sama Lukonde Kyenge is conspiring with more than just Jean Felix Mupande Kapwa and Adele Kayinda Mahina
