I reckon there’s a bit of nuance to it though. I feel the bod have failed in terms of disclosure of material information in relation to illegal/disputed sale of %. By the same token, I have to believe they’ve acted in good faith with respect to issuance of the ML- naive and overconfident as it has been.

It will just be extended again most likely until March 31st. The transfer of Dathcom shares happens after the registration of the mining licence.

As for the bod being naive with the ML. Saying that the ML would be 'expedited' by the DRC government in May 2021 was naive. Nigel promising the Perth roadshow attendees in November 2022 that we would have the licence by Christmas is borderline delusional. They really should have learned their lesson by now imo
