Hi MB

I've held a few Cu explorer-come-producers, and those with scale and grade generally get taken over by a major once production commences. There is a quick rule-of-thumb for approximating the value of each share before mining commences (I fully understand that Cu is not Li, and there are many extraction, processing and transporting dissimilarities).

Noting these dissimilarities, the quick formula is 3% of the JORC.

AVZ 's Roche Dure (RD) has a JORC of 400Mt at 1.6%, and the company has 3.59 billion shares on issue

This equals approx $US5.85 per share for RD alone at current spodumine prices.

I agree that there are many many variables, which the quick formula does not take into account.
In the end it could be that this heuristic is totally invalid, but maybe it's a start.

Cheers
F

Yep, I don’t have as much experience as you do but our SP matches up perfectly.

Once in production I think we could easily double that figure too. I know there are hurdles to get through, but BHP have a copper mine in the DRC (I think) and I think they would be interested in a lithium mine with a ML

Hey Solo

We need to remember that the part of CDL drilled is still in our Southern portion so its not what Nigel is talking about at all.

I spoke with Nigel and yes he says the Mica is higher up that way, but he is implying above CDL, as CDL is included in our portion. he is talking "Malaya and further up".

However its just his opinion obv as too my knowledge nothing is drilled up there.

Thanks

Keaton

Yes, I was thinking about it when checking holes locations. But anyway... how does he know that there is a higher mica up north if they didn't drill there? Would like to ask for clarifications next Monday in Brisbane but as a person with no mining background against professional geologist.. I am afraid he will drown me in terminology.

Can anyone tell me if that proposed date of ML after the roadshow on Monday has passed, or still to come?

They are looking at investing in one, hasn’t gone through as of yet

Edit; from what I’ve been told is the hold up is based on a RISK factor (classic DRC)
Hence the move into potash, long term STABILITY 😉

What if Nige is hoping the ML for Roche Dure might take the sting out of the CDL/AJN situation . What if no one gives a f--k . We can take those pricks to arbitration while we clean up with RD / sth CDL . Take Over done and dusted and for kicks we drag AJN through the courts for the next couple of years just to f--k them up while we are all drinking pineapple daiquiris on a tropical island . How about that for a big F--k You !
100% Right just do the fucking deal , sell the fucker to the highest bidder. Then invest in a lithium company with good management with no baggage or conflicts of interest. Imo that's all we can do can't piss the nige off now it would set the take over back 12 months. Just have to cop it sweat and move on or we'll lose everything. Imo

The CAMI website maps don’t give clear indications of the PR’s and PE’s but this website shows a whole lot of new PR’s and I think 5 new PE’s since I last looked at the website…. None showing AJN but it looks like six PR’s in total under Dathcom so they may have already divided up the 13359 tenement and the Northern Section

If AJN gave 60% of their new formed company to the DRC Government, there can't have been much left after filling the brown paper bags.

AJN in reality is nothing more than a shelf company.

This is in their
AJN RESOURCES INC.
Management’s Discussion & Analysis For the three and nine months ended April 30, 2022 and 2021

The Company incurred a net loss of $934,478 during the nine months ended April 30, 2022 (2021 - $740,743), had working capital deficiency as at April 30, 2022 of $418,091 (July 31, 2021 - working capital of $1,512,983), and had an accumulated deficit as at April 30, 2022 of $5,156,146 (July 31, 2021 - $4,221,668).
Further, the Company has no source of operating cash flows, and there is no assurance that sufficient funding (including adequate financing) will be available to conduct required exploration and development of its mineral property projects.

These factors indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.

The application of the going concern concept is dependent upon the Company’s ability to generate future profitable operations and receive continued financial support from its creditors and shareholders.
The interim financial statements do not give effect to any adjustments that might be required should the Company be unable to continue as a going concern and such adjustments could be material.

So.... who is going to pay for exploration of the northern section of 13359?
Dathomir, Cong, Eckhoff, Cominière, or Zijin?
AJN has just enough money to pay for Eckhof's expenses.
I mean he is not going to pay himself for his return trip Monaco - Manono via Vancouver.
They coloured the application for their new concession red, does that mean it is a red herring?

Anyhow, here is the mob which has taken over 50% of the 100% AVZ fringe exploration leases to 13359.

Great post Cruiser. I agree with other posters. The AJN play for CDL North must be backed by Cong ... Klaus paying himself a 10% spotter fee ... no $$ to explore ... surely AJN & CAMI DG plan to sell off to Cong mates (Ziljin ...) soon after they get PR exploration licence. Surely Felix, MOM, MOP can see through this ... that Klaus & Cong are trying to rip off DRC again. How can they ever expect to be a global EV/battery hub if they indulge such wastes of $$ and time !!! IMO.

My bro and I are going to Melb RS too. I'm snowed under with work, but someone could setup a Melb RS thread so we can refine & share questions. We should also try to meet 30-60 min before to confirm question plan. GLTAH - Sparrowhawk

The press and Axinos PR piece I believe are preparations for a AJN capital raising, intended to pay for some initial drilling, and prove it up enough through to perhaps a maiden JORC to boost the value for himself and his DRC partners - and then will come the sale to Zijin. IMO
