for the reasons i outlined, poetic license taken here but i guess some felt that it was maybe just a bit to controversial and were concerned about other posters reading it.
I'm not teasing you mate, the poster that owns the content to the post i refer to recently mentioned it here, if he wants to re post it he will.

Changing subjects slightly as this one has more meat on it imo, I took the advise above and put my substantial SH behind doing exactly what was suggested and here we are with a resignation, strangely I got a ph call a few days latter from some dude with a slightly African voice mentioning AVZ and the Boss wanting me to confirm some personal details about my holding, i wasn't to sure what to make of it at the time but now well......mmmhhh
