Any of these corrupt parasites found guilty of holding back the signing of the mining license should be sued $1million for each week they have delayed progress & for loss of revenue particularly for the people of the DRC before throwing their arses in prison.
Really time for the DRC top level of government to immediately step up here sort this mess out and make an example of these scumbags.

It seems like a strong set of incentives lately for this to be directly addressed by the president at the Council of Ministers meeting and all this rubbish to be overruled.
Won't hold my breath but when is enough enough? It's a very simple solution here and well past time that it happened imo.
Endless delays and trumped up scandals to nobody's benefit but the crooks.

Chinese battery monster could be lured to Mexico to make music for Tesla, Ford​

The world’s biggest electric vehicle (EV) battery maker CATL is looking at two locations in Mexico for a manufacturing plant to supply Tesla and Ford.

According to Bloomberg, the Chinese battery giant is considering Ciudad Juarez, in the state of Chihuahua, and Saltillo, in Coahuila – both near the Texas border.

Ciudad Juarez could be a goer, since its close to a port of entry into New Mexico and it would be relatively easy to reach Tesla’s Gigafactory in Austin from there.

The company is also reportedly looking at an investment of as much $5 billion in the project and is even considering a split between two countries, with one battery factory in Mexico and one in the US.

The China-based battery maker currently controls over 30 percent of the electric car battery business across the globe.

It has been looking at the potential for a US battery factory for a number of years, though nothing has materialized due in part to political complications between the US and China.

What are people's thoughts of the recent media by AVZ stating that we are ready to roll, grant us ML? Could this be assumed that back-door talks (recent silence) has failed? And so taking the more public approach?

Or simply going public route to apply further pressure to grant the ML? Interesting the sudden ramp up in the public space don't ya think?

Just rambling of course and after all the silence it is good to see some fight back at last!
